I just wanted to say we attended an event there that our family held. Not only was it a beautiful venue and the service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond Corrine was so hospitable to our child she is on the spectrum and we felt seen and heard even though there was over 100 guests at the event. I will forever be grateful to all the staff at the Black canyon inn we cannot wait to return for a visit may you all be blessed always

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. The property, the outdoor views, the food, the professionalism, everything was truly 10/10. We were also incredibly lucky to be paired with our wedding coordinator, Anna, and she was nothing short of amazing. Leading up to our wedding day, she was communicative, punctual, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Anna always made sure my wife and I felt comfortable, informed, and completely taken care of every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, she checked in on us constantly, made sure we needed for nothing, and helped our family and guests feel completely at home. She went above and beyond in every possible way. By the end of it all, we felt like we hadn’t just worked with a wedding coordinator, we had gained a friend. We truly cannot recommend this venue enough. From the moment my fiancé proposed, I knew BCI (The Boulders) would be our venue. Just married in April 2026, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The views of Rocky Mountain National Park are breathtaking, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. I found myself comparing every other location to BCI—and nothing came close. Most of our family traveled from the East Coast (NC and NY), and they were in awe of the venue. Amber was our coordinator, and Angela from The Perfect Touch was our planner. They both knew the venue inside and out, which made everything seamless and stress-free. One of the biggest highlights was how streamlined everything was—food, beverages, tables, and linens were all included and beautifully executed. The venue also offers great add-ons like a photo booth, lawn games, propane heaters, champagne walls, and more, which made customizing the day easy and fun. The on-site getting-ready suites were perfect, and we stayed on the BCI property which I highly recommend. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly. The entire staff operates like a well-oiled machine and deserves recognition for keeping the energy high all night. Gilberto, especially, was incredible. Black Canyon Inn made our dream wedding a reality. It was truly a magical day, and we wish we could do it all over again!

I can’t speak highly enough of the Black Canyon Inn Wedding Venue! They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding and were proactive in getting everything planned. They make the process of planning a wedding much easier than a typical venue. The day of the wedding was incredible too. The venue is perfectly sized to hold up to 200 people and provides beautiful scenery to highlight the ceremony. The reception also went smoothly and the food was absolutely incredible. The entire staff was professional and responsive; we could tell their goal was to make the reception perfect. Lastly, our venue coordinator, Anna, was incredible. She offered insight both leading up to and during the ceremony that was invaluable. Her hard work behind the scenes during the ceremony and reception ensured that all went smoothly. She was incredible and made our day so much better!

Black Canyon Inn, especially our coordinator Anna, made our wedding day so perfect! We were able to host our entire wedding weekend onsite, with the vast majority of our guests staying in the condos and suites, rehearsal dinner and day-after-brunch at the Homestead, and our ceremony and reception at the Boulders! Anna's coordination made our whole experience so easy and seamless - we received many compliments from our guests on how well-timed our events were, and also how great the food was. HIGHLY recommend :)
