Gravity Haus Denver offers a stylish and unique experience with a strong emphasis on design and guest comfort, highlighted by luxurious amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. However, recent reviews reveal operational inconsistencies, particularly regarding communication and service responsiveness, impacting the overall perceived value. While many guests praise the property's aesthetic and attentive staff, logistical issues have detracted from the experience.

Gravity Haus has a lot going for it, the décor is genuinely impressive and the welcome touch of Saratoga water (refreshed daily) sets a promising tone on arrival. Unfortunately, a few operational missteps made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. The most frustrating issue was with the TV setup. Guest services delivered one remote control to my room, but operating the TV actually requires two. When I flagged this through their post-stay feedback email, the response I received was "would you like me to teach you how to use the remote?" which felt dismissive given that the actual problem was simply that I'd never been given the second remote in the first place. A small thing, but it pointed to a gap in communication between staff members. The person addressing this was apologetic and acknowledged how it may have come across. That communication gap showed up again at checkout. The night before, I received an email confirming a 12pm checkout. The next morning, a text arrived saying 11am. When I replied pointing out the discrepancy, I didn't hear back. None of these were catastrophic issues, but together they add up to an experience that falls short of what you'd expect from a four-star property and specifically from a brand like Gravity Haus, which positions itself around intentional, elevated hospitality. The bones are clearly there; the internal coordination just needs to catch up.

This hotel is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in. It was so stylish, love the artwork, and the room was exceptional. If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, want us to be in a neighbourhood where you have access to coffee, shops, and restaurants. This is your place.

Most memorable hotel experience ever, beautiful luxury amenities, amazing little niche town, attention to small detail including thoughtful placement of lights. I was nervous about the unconventional check in and parking situation but all was seamless. Housekeeping was daily without having to request. The hotel smells amazing with their signature amenities that dupe high end luxury scents, nespresso machine, huge rainfall shower, double vanity, luxury bunk beds for kids. I have paid more money for less, truly a gem.

I selected this hotel for my wedding night because of the decor and... the room itself was just as nice as the pictures! The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the customer service is supreme. The manager of the hotel wrote my husband and I a handwritten note congratulating us, They upgraded our room and provided a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The room was so chic and sexy. The colors and furniture are so nice. I was looking for brand names so I could copy at home lol The staff also knew who we were in the restaurant and invited us down for a drink. It made me feel very special. :)

Beautiful, comfortable rooms (though a bit dark, the light switches blend in with the room so it took a bit of fumbling around sometimes to find them). We were in a street-facing room and didn't hear much of the traffic outside or noise from other rooms. The check-in kiosk got mad at us but someone was on site in the restaurant to help (and had greeted us warmly upon arrival); if you're checking in early or late before/after the restaurant is open, I can see why staying at a more traditional hotel might make you breathe easier. Street parking was easy; the neighborhood is gentrifying but has a slightly rougher feel to it than other parts of Denver. Still, it's pretty safe and we parked a couple of blocks away without worrying about the car. Food at Wildflower was great -- friendly, good food, and convenient. The best, though, is when I forgot my kindle at the hotel and Gravity Haus mailed it to me right away. Particularly helpful when you're right in the middle of a great book!

My wife and I came here as a special treat for our 10th anniversary, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. The food, the hospitality (especially the hostess, Mercedes!), the accomodations, everything was top notch. There were so many thoughtful touches and additions that really elevated our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special evening.

Gravity Haus is absolutely exceptional. We had a beautiful stay and experience, in every way. Mercedes took such incredible and personal care of us, and ensured that not only was everything uniquely special to the purpose of our stay, but she also found such special ways of elevating every aspect of our experience. We cannot recommend GHD highly enough, nor return soon enough. Thank you so much, Mercedes, for creating such an incomparable experience and aesthetic for us. We were truly blown away by your amazing care, and the entire experience overall. We cannot recommend highly enough, and can't wait to be back with you soon, as a top-of-list destination. Our time with you exceeded all expectations, and we are truly thankful!:)

I had an amazing experience at Gravity Haus Denver. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The hotel has a super modern, cozy vibe, and everything felt clean, well-designed, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I also loved the community feel and the attention to detail throughout the space. It’s the perfect place whether you’re visiting Denver for a quick trip or staying longer. I would 100% recommend Gravity Haus Denver and would definitely stay here again!

My understanding is that Gravity Haus took over this property this year, and the hotel was previously under different management. It seems to be going well, as we had a great experience with a 1-night stay over this last weekend. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the decor was beautiful. Though we did not utilize the restaurant this time around, I have previously dined at Wildflower, and it was amazing. That said, we did walk to a few different spots in the neighborhood, and there is great access to coffee, bars, and restaurants nearby. There was plenty of parking, and it was a good option for a girl' staycation in the heart of the highlands.

I’m not sure why you’d elect to stay at Gravity Haus over all of the other hotels in the area and Denver. The check in process is confusing, and the amenities are even more confusing. The website advertises “steps away” from the Gravity Haus cowork space and gym but it’s 1.5 miles away. As a non member, are you able to access the cowork and gym? Still unclear on that. Very thin walls and floors, you can hear everything above you and the rooms over. Guests above me had loud screaming sex, stomped around and were up to the wee hours of the morning. Not their fault of course, just thin walls but I could hear everything. For the price you pay as a non member, you’re better off in a traditional hotel. Not sure why I elected to stay here, but probably wouldn’t do it again. I’ll toss a pro in here that the room itself is great. Giving 2 stars as an accurate reaction of my feeling after my stay and spending $500 across 2 nights. Wish my stay was as pleasant as the couple above me - they had a wonderful time by the sounds of it ;) ….
