My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Aspen Winds on Fall River and just loved it. The rooms were very spacious and the front office incredibly nice and accommodating. We loved that the room was on the river and that Mule Deer came to graze there. If we come back we will most definitely stay at the Aspen.

Aspen winds was a fantastic experience for my husband and I. After a long long drive from Chicago on the way to Cali, all we needed was a clean bed in a decent spot, but when Phil found out it was for our honeymoon he went above and beyond to give us such an incredible experience that we ended up extending our stay! The rest of the staff were so warm and kind as well, we really felt welcomed and at home! The location of the hotel itself is also jaw dropping, there isn’t a bad room in the whole place! Truly a 10/10 experience. Thank you so much to the folks at Aspen Winds!!

We stayed at Aspen Winds last week and had a lovely experience. Our unit was on the ground floor looking out over the river. Beautiful! The accommodations were super clean, spacious, nicely appointed, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially like the gas fire for warming up after a snowy day of birdwatching. You couldn't ask for friendlier, knowledgeable staff. If we ever get the chance to go back to Estes Park, we will stay at Aspen Winds again.

My spouse and I did a weekend stay here and it was great. Very good value for the money spent. The room had good amenities that would make a longer-term stay great (which we intend to do). Everything in the room worked. Everything was clean. Even the in-room coffee was good and hotel coffee is never good. The staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The owner actually checked us in, he's a super friendly fellow. Great location being pretty much halfway between Estes and a Rocky Mountain National Park entrance (DON'T FEED THE ANIMALS). Outside was well-lit at night, but not so much that it was a disturbance, just enough to be safe.

This is the most amazing place. Right on the river with a fabulous view! The staff is very helpful and friendly! I would absolutely make this your go to spot in Estes Park! It is located very close to the Rocky Mountain Nation Forest Fall River entry! view from the private balcony!

I’ve been here twice now and will definitely be coming back! This is a locally owned spot and the couple who run it are wonderful and kind! The spa rooms are gorgeous with a gas fireplace and huge tub looking out towards the river. The bed is so comfortable and everything is exceptionally clean! Location can’t be beat - right on the river, minutes from the Fall River Road Entrance to RMNP and minutes from downtown Estes. We woke up to massive elk napping outside!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was so clean and comfortable, and the staff and owners were very friendly. The spa room was a wonderful treat, and the seating next to the river is a great way to relax.

We have stayed two times at Aspen Winds and cannot say enough great things about our stays. The location is peaceful and beautiful, not to mention its close proximity to the Rockies. The amount of wildlife we saw at the condo included deer, elk and a bobcat! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the swings by the creek are a great place to relax. We highly recommend Aspen Winds!

My husband and I only stayed two nights but wished it could have been longer. The staff was so welcoming and made you feel right at home. The unit (spa suite) was immaculate and supplied everything you would need. Grounds were beautiful! Thoroughly enjoyed hearing the running river right outside your door. Quiet & tranquil, yet close to the parks and downtown. Will definitely stay here again if in the Estes Park area.

Great location for Estes Park and RMNP exploring. Very relaxing with beautiful views just outside the room. Suite was very clean and spacious for family of 4. Nice to have the full kitchen and fridge. Owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. Very affordable for everything you get. No AC, but we really didn’t miss it even in late July. Be sure to get up early for cinnamon rolls at the bakery just down the road.
