However, recent reviews indicate recurring issues with cleanliness, parking, and inconsistent service, particularly regarding communication and responsiveness from staff.

Everything expected of a Residence Inn. Better breakfast than most. Rooms are nice. Good location. Parking easy. Please remember to schedule room cleaning the day before. No fault of guests (I blame housekeeping policies) , I have passed trash stacked near the elevators for 3 hours. Diapers are in there! My husband s now going to the front desk. 6:45-9:45 am and it’s getting ripe. This is hotel shortfall. Beware. I have yet to see a housekeeper.

Great location and perfect for my weekend stay. I was a bit disappointed my room didn’t have a tub like pictured. This property is a bit dated. It was pretty clean though so I wasn’t concerned. I was however surprised by some of the maintenance. Marriott is usually more on top of these things. Ex… lightbulbs out, shower silicone/caulking. Overall, great value and would stay again.

Worst experience ever at a residence was going to extend the stay due to business needs and ended up cutting it short. Want to call them? Bellhops don't know what other position that they hold did not speak a word of English and didn't know what they were supposed to actually be doing. The ones answering the phone gave false information asked for a manager who was not any better and was frankly rude about the misinformation. I was not informed by lack of online information about the $42 charge for the parking nightly fee which is beyond ridiculous and all they said was that they did not comp for parking because they did not own the parking garage and shared it with two other hotels. I feel sorry for those that used the valet parking. If you South Park and it's $42 a night, I can't imagine how much they charge for valet and how much valet parking expects for tip on top of the nightly fee. Ridiculous. I did notice that no one was actually using the valet parking! I requested over an hour prior to leaving this. We call it a request but I called down to the front and informed them that the TV didn't work. Staying here by myself with our baby while my husband goes to rehearse for a symphony performance and the TV does not work. So it'd be nice if I had something to do besides staring at a wall while my baby sleeps. And no, I did not bring a book. After the rude reception that we received. And I might add that this was after calling a couple times looking into extending the checkout and deciding not to after the runaround I got, $150 fee was added on just in case there should happen to be something wrong. You know I get you know like things happen. Things get broke or whatever but that is higher than I have been charged for a hold fee at any other hotel. Usually it's around like $45.. I made sure when we got to the room to look around and take pictures of every flaw so that when we do check out I'm not charged for anything not accused of anything and they don't try and refuse to refund me the $150 or try to refuse to return it. And as I'm sitting here, I see more things that they have tried to hide flaws in the walls and whatever that I will add to the pictures that I have noticed along with somebody that previously stayed here, trying to beat up the refrigerator or whatever happened to it along with the cracks in the counter and multitude of other things that I'm not going to have them try to charge me for. I find it odd that they're trying to put this off as being a higher class hotel which it is far from and they don't even have a mattress that fixed the base of the bed. Tacky! So So to say the least, I'll be making sure that everyone that I know is aware not to stay at this location and believe me, I know plenty of people!

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating from the moment I arrived. There was no available parking to check in, and being familiar with the area, I can say the parking situation in front of the hotel is a complete mess. Cars were parked illegally, spaces were extremely limited, and it was unclear where guests were actually supposed to go. I initially parked in what appeared to be the designated Residence Inn guest area, but even then it was confusing to figure out where to enter the building. After finally finding a spot, I walked to what looked like an entrance, only to discover I couldn’t get in without a room key. A paper notice instructed guests to call a number for access, which felt like an unnecessary hassle just to check in. When I finally reached the front desk, the staff member explained that Marriott no longer offers daily parking and that I would need to scan a QR code to pay for parking separately, at a higher rate. This was never mentioned on their website, which still lists a daily parking fee. The lack of transparency was disappointing. Another issue was that no one mentioned at check?in that room service is not available unless requested in advance or done at checkout. This is something guests should be told upfront, especially when staying multiple nights. To make matters worse, later on I tried to enter through the main doors again and had to use the buzzer, but no one answered. I ended up waiting until another guest exited so I could get inside. Overall, the parking confusion, unclear access, and lack of communication really soured my stay. For anyone planning to stay here, be aware of the parking situation, the limited building access, and the need to request room service ahead of time. I hope the hotel improves its communication and guest experience moving forward.

Location 10/10 in the middle of downtown walking distance to 16th Street mall, Union Station, train ride to the airport and all the downtown Denver fun! Service was great very attentive and accommodating! The rooms, well ours was a suite I am not sure if they are all suites but that was an added bonus, but very clean and spacious with awesome views of you get a high enough floor. Love how clean the room and the hotel was. Breakfast was great too! They change the breakfast items daily so you get a little surprise every morning! 10/10 recommend when staying in downtown Denver!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Location is pretty good, and served our purpose. Honestly, the hotel itself is just mediocre. It’s in need of maintenance and updating. The closet bypass doors are off their tracks, the carpets are worn, the bathrooms are dated. The front desk was unfriendly when we checked in and unavailable for 10 minutes when I went to checkout. It felt like a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was uninteresting and primarily of packed items and processed foods. The workspace was a desk tucked into a window pocket. Not well thought out. The kitchen and appliances were sufficient. The “dining” table was only big enough for 2 people but this was a 2-bedroom unit. It’s fine for travelers needing the basics. Honestly, I wish we would have just stayed at the Renaissance Hotel for a few dollars more.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty guid every day was something a wee bit different with the hot options. The location was perfect for getting about the city you could hop on the free bus on 16th street just 2 blocks away that took ya down to union station in just a few minutes or walk it took maybe 10 mins so very central. We would stay again!

Location was pretty centered to everything we wanted to do. One of the cleaner downtowns that we been to around the US. Hotel has free breakfast which is must. It’s not the most delicious but it is convenient and there are healthy options which I appreciate. Hot and cold options as well. Bathrooms and gym clean! Rooms are big enough for my family of 5. There is a small kitchen and a full size fridge! I like Residence Inns and this one is a great budget friendly option. There is also electric scooter parking next to this hotel so… obviously super fun for my family and easy to travel. The parking garage isn’t the best- the turn is sharp- other than that it’s convenient and yes you do have to pay but what downtown parking do you NOT have to pay for parking.. send it. Friendly staff- RECOMMEND

My friends and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve and the location was perfect! We thought the rooms were very comfortable and spacious for a multi-night stay. Special shout out to Heather at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We’ve stayed here twice now and will always come back!
