Overall it was horrible… felt unsafe and it smells like cigarettes and chemicals. Only stayed one night of our 3 night reservation. Arvada places to stay were 99% sold out so this was one of very few options. I thought- how bad could it be? It was apparently a “ Smoke-Free” hotel and there were people smoking every where. There were also loud cars racing at 10 pm that went to about 12 pm and paper thin walls. Never again.

I had a really good experience staying at Sub Hotel. The staff was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, quiet, and well taken care of, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I especially want to recognize the manager, . I had to check out earlier than expected, and he went completely out of his way to help me get a refund, even though technically he didn’t have to. That level of kindness and understanding truly meant a lot to me during a stressful situation. You can also tell how much hard work he has put into the hotel in the short 6 months or so that he has been there. His dedication really shows, and it makes a difference in the overall experience for guests. It’s rare to come across management that genuinely cares, and I’m very thankful for the compassion and professionalism he showed me. Thank you again for making my stay a positive one. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this place. It is mostly quiet and calm as far as other guest who stays here. All of the staff are absolutely great! Very helpful, understanding professionals. They are go above & beyond for their guests. Victor is always very helpful and kind. The area is mostly good with many food and shopping options nearby. There are plenty of Public transportation options, light rail, buses and ride services.

Well, this was an interesting morning to say the least. I originally booked a few nights using rewards points. This place is atrocious, so I did not intend on staying past that, but unfortunately I had to extend. So. I put another week on my credit card (while standing in their lobby, not online). Today, I went to checkout and the front desk person (who was wearing sweatpants and flip flops btw) told me that he could not product a receipt. He claimed corporate policy and said he would email it to me - I wasn't fully buying it, so I pulled out my camera to capture what this guy was telling me - and dude lost it. Called the cops. When the police arrived, I told them exactly what happened - and surprise surprise, they were able to produce that receipt. The thing I asked for to begin with...So, I will add photos of the rooms later, but trust me they are not clean or well kept. But, even without photos I can tell you to avoid this place. It is the worst form of American capitalism that is clearly designed to extract from the people in our society that cannot afford to defend themselves. I was just looking for a cheap room, and I got a window into an America that would disgust anyone with a soul. The people own and manage this place are simply terrible

This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious with a large fridge to store food and kitchenette space to cook in. This hotel is kept very clean and is a comfortable place to stay. The location is also great. I will be back.

So this is one of the cleanest, quite, dope fiend free places that I've stayed at. David and his staff are helpful, kind and just good people which honestly is hard to come by these days. The price is also great compared to most places and it's a kitchenette so your not just eating out of a nasty microwave. The bus stop is close, the grocery store is across the street, which is also a plus. If your looking for a safe, clean, quite place to be, this is your place!

Most people come to work to just do their job. I believe Mrs Corky comes to work cause she cares about people. She wants to make a difference in the world that surrounds her at least. She is caring; yet firm. From what I have seen. Her best is always what she gives. I thank you. Especially, during this hard time in my life right now. I hope this hotel company appreciates you just as much.

Legit the best extended stay we have stayed in. It’s clean, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, friendly & understanding staff. We had an issue when we first checked in but Lilith and the manager David made it right immediately. Their genuine care, concern and kindness brought me to tears. They absolutely went above and beyond anything I expected and we cannot thank them enough. Best hotel manager & staff I have ever met. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you again David & Lilth!

Absolutely unacceptable and disturbing experience. I stayed at this property for three days and did not receive any room service whatsoever—no clean towels, no trash liners, no toilet paper, nothing. On the second day, there was no running water at all, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. To make matters worse, police were constantly in and out of the property, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. There was also a tragic incident where someone passed away on the first floor during my stay. This is not something any guest should be exposed to without warning or support. This stay was stressful, unsanitary, and alarming. I did not receive the basic services or safety standards promised, and as a result, I am formally requesting a full refund. This experience was far below acceptable standards and should be addressed immediately.

So as far as location is concerned its pretty close to everything . Its abouy 15 min from downtown Denver and its pretty close to everything else relatively. Ive stayed here about 3 times and the rooms are surprisingly pretty decent for $120.00 a night. Now as far as walking in is concerned I dont recommend that . I would absolutely make a reservation for sure . And not only that as do not try walking im after hours because you have to go through a process as far as getting someone on the house phone that is outside the lobby . And the phone literally rings for about 2 min before someone picks up the phone. But when I made reservations here the process was alot easier
