This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious with a large fridge to store food and kitchenette space to cook in. This hotel is kept very clean and is a comfortable place to stay. The location is also great. I will be back.

So this is one of the cleanest, quite, dope fiend free places that I've stayed at. David and his staff are helpful, kind and just good people which honestly is hard to come by these days. The price is also great compared to most places and it's a kitchenette so your not just eating out of a nasty microwave. The bus stop is close, the grocery store is across the street, which is also a plus. If your looking for a safe, clean, quite place to be, this is your place!

Most people come to work to just do their job. I believe Mrs Corky comes to work cause she cares about people. She wants to make a difference in the world that surrounds her at least. She is caring; yet firm. From what I have seen. Her best is always what she gives. I thank you. Especially, during this hard time in my life right now. I hope this hotel company appreciates you just as much.

Legit the best extended stay we have stayed in. It’s clean, nice size rooms, comfortable beds, friendly & understanding staff. We had an issue when we first checked in but Lilith and the manager David made it right immediately. Their genuine care, concern and kindness brought me to tears. They absolutely went above and beyond anything I expected and we cannot thank them enough. Best hotel manager & staff I have ever met. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you again David & Lilth!

Absolutely unacceptable and disturbing experience. I stayed at this property for three days and did not receive any room service whatsoever—no clean towels, no trash liners, no toilet paper, nothing. On the second day, there was no running water at all, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances. To make matters worse, police were constantly in and out of the property, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. There was also a tragic incident where someone passed away on the first floor during my stay. This is not something any guest should be exposed to without warning or support. This stay was stressful, unsanitary, and alarming. I did not receive the basic services or safety standards promised, and as a result, I am formally requesting a full refund. This experience was far below acceptable standards and should be addressed immediately.

So as far as location is concerned its pretty close to everything . Its abouy 15 min from downtown Denver and its pretty close to everything else relatively. Ive stayed here about 3 times and the rooms are surprisingly pretty decent for $120.00 a night. Now as far as walking in is concerned I dont recommend that . I would absolutely make a reservation for sure . And not only that as do not try walking im after hours because you have to go through a process as far as getting someone on the house phone that is outside the lobby . And the phone literally rings for about 2 min before someone picks up the phone. But when I made reservations here the process was alot easier

The WORST service! I booked a hotel with my young child and then they told me I could not come in until 1am due to an “audit” of there system. I called to ask and was hung up on twice by the front desk & he refused to give me his name. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. They charged my account and told me I cannot get a refund until the next day! Do not trust this hotel or the employees. They are completely RUDE & incompetent. They allowed me to book the hotel yet I couldn’t stay there and had to find another place and another Ube. Complete waste of time and money! I would give Zero stars here.

Even though the outside of the hotel looked nice there were many what appeared to be homeless people wandering around in the parking lot. We were cat called when we got out of the vehicle. There was a man having an argument with an invisible person in the parking lot. The front desk person was very kind and very professional. When we got to our floor, the carpets had many stains and the smell of marijuana was very pronounced. Granted, I know we’re in Colorado! When we got to our rooms, they were a bit rundown. However, the bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was nice however there was no utility in the cabinets that you would be able to use the kitchenette unless you had your own! The walls in the bathroom could have really used a coat of paint. The TV had very poor quality picture on it. And the TV stand had pipe burn holes on it. From what we’re assuming our drug pipes at some point. There apparently are a lot of people living at this facility long-term and they were fixing bicycles in the hallway people were having arguments all throughout the night doors were open and closing all night long and in the morning the man was still out in the parking lot, having a very heated argument with an invisible person. The staff was nice. The location didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, but it seems to me that maybe we’re housing some overflow homeless or helping people get on their feet. And it did feel a bit unsafe and unclean. We will not go back. We would not recommend this hotel to any of our friends.
