Booked a 3 night stay here months ago. Booked this hotel bc it was close to where we needed to be. The lady at check in was rude. When the room was booked it did not state $12/day for parking. Got to the room and it was spacious but lacked lighting and no drawers to put any clothes in. For a King Suite I would have thought it would have had at least 2 drawers for clothes. Couldn’t get the room WiFi to connect and when we asked we were told the same thing, there is no password just click on “this one”. Still didn’t work. Our AC didn’t work. The first night was a little chilly as it had been raining and cloudy all day so we didn’t notice until we woke up and the room was 74 and stuffy. Went down to tell the reception desk (the lady working that morning was super nice and helpful). She said someone would be up around 10 to look at it. It was working when we got back to the room. We thought that would be the end of that. Wake up in the middle of the night to being hot and finding out the AC stopped working again. Informed the reception desk that it happened again. Was informed again that they would be up around 10. Asked about just switching rooms and was informed they were sold out. Went to my nieces graduation and came back to the room and it was “fixed” again. Low and behold it went out again during the night. When we went down to checkout informed them that it wasn’t working again and they may want to make sure it is actually fixed before they rent out the room again. Now onto the breakfast situation. The first morning it definitely lacked options, which we chalked up to being a Friday. The coffee was empty and wasn’t refilled for some time. Saturday morning we go down to breakfast and from the looks of people’s plates they had options. We go to get food and there are no plates or food left. We waited 20 minutes for them to refill the food and plates and nothing! Again the coffee was empty again. Housekeeping only came by 1 day and all they did was switch out the towels. For the coat of this hotel I would have expected much better.

Everything was excellent from the welcoming and helpful staff to the cleanliness and room amenities. The stay was very comfortable, and the hotel exceeded expectations overall. The only downside was that the vanity area lacked sufficient lighting. Aside from that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We travel a fair amount with our little family so that means we have a fair amount of terrible hotel experiences. I can happily say our stay at the Springhill Marriott was not one of those. We had a great positive experience on our 3 night stay. The highlights - clean rooms, quiet, great breakfast, nice pool, super fun and helpful staff, coffee bar, did I mention clean room?!? I have been a vacation rental cleaner for 10+ years and I was so happy to stay in such a clean room! The gounds felt safe and were clean a decently well kept. We will be staying again!

I never sleep well in hotel rooms but I slept like a rock staying here! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and fit our needs of a family of 4 very well. The kids had fun in the pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Didn't care for the beds. They were too firm for my liking. Pillows were tiny too, they barely covered your head. Receptionists were great at least the ones we came in contact with. The breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary, but nonetheless good. Location was pretty good. Near the freeway and close to shops and things to do. The pool was good. Nice, heated, and decent sized. The gym was awesome I love a good hotel gym and this was awesome for me. Treadmills were some of the best I've ever used especially for a hotel. There was a peleton bike and an elliptical I believe. Water station to refill your water bottles. This is just the cardio room there was a separate room that had medicine balls, benches, cable machine, dumbbells, rollers, bands, you could make do with what's in there. Only downfall to this area and the pool which are next to each other is lack of towels. That was it. Overall a great hotel in my opinion and a pretty good value for our time of stay.

I was here for National Storm Chaser Summit that was held at the Westin. I had the Deluxe King room with a great view of the mountains. The 1 mile drive over to the Westin was quick and easy. Amd right off US36 made it easy to get to. The room was very nice with a soft comfy bed. The staff where very nice and helpful.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I drove 24 hours from Georgia to Colorado trying to beat the winter storm to see my granddaughter for the first time. When I got to the hotel I was told that my 2-week stay reservation had been canceled because I got there at 5:30 a.m. and was not there by 4:00 a.m. for my reservation that actually started on the 24th not 23rd and was through the 7th . I drove over 6 hours in snow and the manager of this hotel canceled my reservation. This person named Lynn who said they were the manager was extremely inconsiderate and would not honor what had been reserved for me by Connor who also took my reservation payment deposit for the 14 days I would have been staying at their hotel. The horrible experience I had with Lynn and this hotel actually caused my blood pressure to reach 155/ 110 according to the paramedics that had to come. As I had told Lynn I was completely exhausted and told by Connor that I would just have to go in present my ID and get the room that I had reserved. This did not happen.. I did not get the room I reserved, then Lynn was argumentative to the point of telling me to leave the property and would not contact a higher manager to help with the situation. It escalated to the point where the police paramedics and the fire department were called due to the stress that it caused me. I told Lynn that if they would refund or take the hold off of the funds for my stay I would go somewhere else and Lynn told me to leave the property because I had raised my voice. I'm pretty sure I was completely exhausted and may have raised my voice after being charged $900 to my card and then Lynn canceled my reservation and told me to leave their property which caused me to have had extreme stressful anxiety. All was unnecessary and could have been prevented if they had honored the reservation for my 14-day stay that had been paid by credit card deposit ahead of time. Hopefully the lobby camera recording of the event will help the management of this hotel improve their customer service by removing Lynn from any management responsibilities. Bad management, bad customer service, =horrible experience for customers!!!

I only Booked this place as I had a Gold membership with Marriott. Room is decent but without adequate amenities. It has an open clothes area with no shelves with space for hanging clothes. If one is staying for 5 nights, you have to basically keep all the stuff in your suitcase and literally live out of a suitcase! Had to remind the housekeeping three times to get regular coffee sachets in the room as they kept decaf both the times. It was Sunday afternoon and I thought not to waste time, let me get coffee from the reception. The person at reception on Sept 21, 2025 at around 330 pm tried to explain to how the coffee pot works. Then I lifted all the three pots to show it was empty. Due to some technicality, I didn’t the points nor was it a decent stay. For the same price I could have got better equipped rooms next door.

Rooms were nice, but lacked adequate lighting and storage space. One little closet is not enough for family of 4. Bathtub was old with rust spots and fixed up patches . I did appreciate the kitchenette area with fridge, microwave and extra sink. Breakfast was decent and had good variety that changed daily. They bring out the waffle makers on the weekend. Coffee and hot water station, with cold still and sparkling water on tap was available all day. Gym and pool were nice too. I really disliked the scent they have all over the hotel, they must have just changed it, because it was really strong.

If you are handicapped, I suggest you go elsewhere. There is one handicapped room, and the shower is useless in every other room, unless you have a wheelchair. I can't stand long enough to shower. The bathroom is attractive, but useless to someone like me. The pictures for the site showed a shower bench. There are 30 suites per floor If only one includes a shower bench, why is the picture there? It's in no way representative of the vast majority of rooms. I am deeply disappointed and distressed, and feel like we were misled. Also ...one handicapped accessible room out of 180? There are half a dozen handicapped parking spaces, but just a single room. I understand there used to be three, but when they completed the renovations, they left out two of the handicapped suites. The rooms are lovely ...just largely inaccessible to the handicapped. Who made this stupid, and discriminatory decision? The inclusion of a shower seat in no way takes the appeal away from a room. Even before I was crippled, I appreciated a seat option. Edit: In the interest of fairness, no sooner did I post my review, when there was a knock on the door. The lovely lady manning the desk found a shower chair for me to use! This greatly improves our stay, and I am beyond grateful. My observations still remain, but I thank her for her kindness, and prompt attention to a vexing matter that may have ruined our stay.
