My son and I stayed here for a slightly extended period of time and we could not have had a better experience. 5 stars! First impressions: the place is clean! The rooms are decently spacious. The kitchenette is convenient as it has all the dishes and everything you need, and even has a dishwasher along with full size refrigerator. The location of the hotel itself is perfect, as it’s 15 minutes away from downtown and 20 minutes from boulder. It’s right off the highway, AND right next to the bus stop that runs every 15 minutes from Denver Union Station to Downtown Boulder. The Stay: Shoutout to Chris(the manager) and Felix at the front desk who are both friendly and extremely helpful with anything and everything that you may need assistance with! Also, shoutout to Michelle and Christine who make a delicious hot breakfast everyday. They are amazing, and actually serve very good food with a smile of course. If they happen to be out of anything by the time you get down there, they will 100% make sure you get taken care of and will even give you a tray to carry the food back to your room if you would like. Breakfast at hotels can be extremely hit or miss. So kudos to them for making this one of the places that hits!! A different review that I read before staying here said that the A/C can be very loud at night. It does run a tiny bit noisy, but not anything more than you would experience with a fan running at night. Which I do appreciate. Also, we did have one experience where our A/C was not blowing as cold of air as it could have been however, I spoke to the front desk and they had maintenance up to look at it and fix it right away. Like that afternoon. They also offered to move me rooms if I wanted to. So overall, I think this hotel is great and the staff is nothing but helpful. Whether you are coming with your family, for a work trip, or literally anything in between this is the spot to be!

This place is gross. The hallways smell really bad. The Bathroom floor tiles are cracked and moving, furniture broken, lamps flickering and broken but glued back together horribly. Outlets melted and half not working. Pool amenities not working, there was a note taped to the front counter saying the pool was closed for the weekend while they fixed an issue but it was clear the paper had been there for probably weeks as it was stained and curling up on the sides. By far the most unkempt Marriott i have ever stayed in. Will never, ever return. Only reason i gave it 2 stars is because the main bed was very clean and comfortable. The pullout bed was horrible though. I hope this place can get its act together.

This is an excellent value! Pros: My family loved the breakfast (which is included). They have something for the health conscious as well as fun waffle making ingredients. The staff is very friendly. The location was great for our family. Cons: the air freshener smell is strong.

Check in was a breeze! Our room is really nice with a great kitchen. I do hate that the light needs to be turned on by the bathroom sink which can wake up another person trying to sleep as there isn’t a door. The location of the hotel is great with restaurants in walking distance.

Husband travels for work and this time, I tagged along. We picked this location because it's super close to my in laws. I was house/cat sitting at my in laws. I came to the hotel for breakfast and to get some work done. We stayed on the 4th floor. Beautiful mountain view. Room was spacy. The breakfast was delicious. Nice hotel staff.

Rooms and facilities were clean and as expected for hotel class, no complaints. The employees were the standout however! Very kind & friendly, great customer service. A huge thank you the employees working Dec. 19th & 20th. We booked a room last minute to stay warm during the planned power outage, and your kindness was appreciated more than you know!

The rooms were nice and clean and spacious big living room with an eat in kitchen with all the amenities. It included dishes pots and pans and dishes and utensils and everything you would need or want in a kitchen. The bathroom was clean and I loved the closet.

The front desk manager Chris was very kind and helpful. The location was convenient to our needs. However as an exclusive Marriott user I did not find these rooms consistent what I have experienced with this brand. The room was dirty, worn, shower leaked, bathroom door had a crack in it like is was kicked….just to mention a few things. The carpet was sticky and discolored. The tile floors were also sticky even after cleaned. There was dirt and dust in the vents and on the ceilings and in the corner of the rooms. Drapery was discolored. Disappointing stay. If it were not for the front desk help I would have given this a much lower rating. Marriott Brand needs to do better with this property.

The breakfast was outstanding. Different yummy dishes every morning. Unfortunately, that's the end of my positive experience. The A/C was extremely loud and would turn off/on multiple times during the night. Also, the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Room was only cleaned every other day (which has become the "norm" for a lot of hotels). Front desk staff was not exceptional but average. Couldn't even recommend a good restaurant in the area.
