Clean rooms that smelled clean. Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Overall it was a great stay. Very quiet.

This hotel was dirty and dated. The bath mat was stained, pullout bed wasn't made, and their was leftover food in the refrigerator. I wouldn't have left a Google review if it weren't for their email communication system. Ronald asked to communicate with me but didn't leave his contact information and the email address he responded to me with doesn't accept emails.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s not the most luxurious, but it felt very homey which I prefer. The surrounding area was safe and quiet, and I felt safe keeping my car in the parking lot (a lot of reviews for other hotels noted car theft/break ins etc). The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Staff was always super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was always hot and on point. I definitely recommend staying here! It’s also very close to Boulder which is a PLUS.

The hotel is very clean. John in reception was very friendly and helpful. And Tina the lady in charge of the breakfast is awesome! She is very friendly and does a great job!

Seems like there is a new team running the place. Better front desk experience, rooms seem cleaner and updates are going on. Breakfast help seemed overwhelmed but it was the day after Thanksgiving. Would stay again.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job, the rooms are super clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Mrs. Tina at breakfast; she’s incredibly kind, attentive, and truly makes you feel at home. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel.

I stayed for ~3 weeks, the sales staff gave the receptionist a laundry basket and complimentary laundry load. Throughout the stay, all of the staff was so pleasant. Thoughtful and professional, a Marriott standard.

Gone downhill. Management does not support its front desk employees. A hotel error was made that cost me money and a better trip…. Management would not stand behind their employee. They were only interested in making more money. This franchise does not understand that the customer comes first!!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, the 1 bedroom suite itself had multiple issues: lots of cobwebs on the ceiling along several walls & corners, comforter had multiple stains and brownish/dingy edge, something that looked like a blood spot the size of a dime on the mattress pad showed through the fitted sheet near pillow, threadbare towels with holes and/or ragged/frayed edges, towels with stains, leak under the kitchen sink that had been there a while given the brown smelly goo and warping that was there, grimey kitchen sink splash guard, and some kitchen cabinet door fronts had drip marks (eaily wiped off). The hallway had dim lighting (and dark colored walls and carpets didn't help). Also, the building looks pretty from the outside, but there was trash on the ground next to the garbage can by the side entrance door and rust on the side entrance door. Lack of upkeep was very surprising given Marriott usually has nice accommodations. My stay was originally a long-term stay, but I left after 1 night. A nearby Homewood Suites by Hilton had much nicer accomodations - the price was higher, but it was worth it.
