Residents Inn was an awesome experience with helpful and wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and the temperature was good. We loved the pool with the slide. The water was warm and the scenery was pretty. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, spacious rooms, feature kitchenettes with full size fridges, central AC.. no noisy window units & nice indoor pool! Walkable to downtown Old Arvada... yummy restaurants and cute shops! We've stayed here twice now!

This place is the worst. The staff, especially in the morning are so rude.They don't even care about customer service. I tried to talk to the front desk and the l girl running it when I stated that this stay hasn't been good between checking in being such a inconvenience to the girl on the front desk saying ya im sure you can mention it in thw review and laughed while hanging up. They were rude to our children we found hairs still in the bathroom and on the mattress when we got to the room the counter wasnt even fully wiped . I cannot believe this place said they were kid friendly and that this is the Marriott I expected way better from a corporation of this magnitude. I guess we'll see how awful checking out is gonna be. Also if you book threw a 3rd party the staff treat you like a litteral joke because they think they dont have to treat you with kindness since it wasnt directly threw the Marriott. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I fully regret spending any of my money at this place of business.

I would like to have given this place 5 ? but the housekeeping is what stopped that from happening. I give everything else 5 ? because it definitely warrants it!! The free breakfast is great, the staff is friendly and accommodating! The whole place is still fairly new so the rooms are nice, the TV channels are good to include Netflix and prime so that was awesome. Located in the middle of some great restaurants and bars so that was great too. Now for housekeeping...I stayed here 3 weeks and I may have got new sheets and bedding once! I noticed there was no vacuuming done, dishes washed or restroom thoroughly cleaned, the toiletries were refilled and towels changed but no mirror or shower cleaned at all big disappointment because everything else was superb!!!!! I will not let that stop me from staying here though because overall it was a great stay!

We’ve been staying here since they opened and it’s a great location with restaurants and movie theater in walking distance. Old Arvada is a short walk too and filled with lots to do. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. TJ the front desk manager is the best! Service and a warm welcome every time.

Was here for about two months. My debit card was stolen. My xbox controller was stollen (Both from my room!). Every milk box I had for breakfast had mold in it. But hey, they do have free laundry.

Great staff! Easy check inn for my sons dental procedure! Clean rooms and pool, pet friendly, and Hands down bear East Coast Pizza across the parking lot at Parry's pizzeria & Tap house!

Could not have been more perfect for our family getaway over Christmas! Great rooms, wonderful pool for the kids, walkable to Olde Town, within 20 minute drive to so many Denver locations. Can not wait to make this a must stay place on our list!
