The Quality Inn Longmont consistently receives negative feedback, citing serious cleanliness issues, including the discovery of bodily fluids and burned linens. Guests report unsettling experiences with security concerns, staff rudeness, and frequent operational problems like malfunctioning amenities and reservation issues. While one recent review suggests a relatively positive experience, the overwhelming majority of reviews highlight significant problems.
I gave one star because the option to only give half or less is not available. This was the worst and most disgusting experience, like blood born pathogens bad!! We checked in around 2:00 am after driving to Longmont from Montana. Around 3:30-4:00 am we had a medical emergency and spent from that time until close to 6:00 am in ER. Upon returning everyone was exhausted and we slept for a couple of hours before we had to leave to my granddaughters soccer game. When we returned and I turned on the AC, I shut the lid on the wall mounted AC unit only to see a disgusting used tampon laying on the AC unit. The lid on for the controls had been up the entire time and we initially did not see it. This was traumatizing for all of us but most especially my grand daughter. I would not let my worse enemy stay in that filthy place. Parking lot was dirty with dog crap and liter every where, the swimming pool looks like it has not been treated or cleaned in ages. Avoid this dump!!
Good place for the traveling worker. Comfortable rooms and well located. Would stay here anytime.
Tried out two separate rooms. Both had burn marks in comforters. The second room had dirt and hairs on where they fold the sheets on one of the beds. Only reason I stayed is because everything else was booked and I drove 7 hours and it was late, otherwise I would have left. Front desk lady was nonchalant about it. No apologies, nothing. Offered a refund, went back to get a refund and then said they couldnt and I had to contact a third party. Called third party and they said the hotel deals with the refund. So I call the hotel back very politely and explain to Justin the situtation and he was very rude when I asked for upper managements phone number. Told me I need "help." How is this my fault this establishment failed to provide basic expected services. All Im asking for is clean sheets and no burn marks in my blanket. Im also an armed forces combat veteran, on my first trip to Colorado to look at property for a spiritual retreat for veterans, first responders and healthcare workers. This is how I get welcomed by the quality in. I asked for Eric Lees contact info the manager or the owners number and could not get any employees to give it to me. Do NOT stay here! Thank Eric and the staff you oversee for welcoming me this way. I hope you are reading this.
Good location to things to do but can hear everything in the room next to you. Tv didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect had to use hotspot and console. Didn’t help we were in a room next to a baby crying all night. Then couples fighting during the day. Pool was too cold to even swim. Even the kiddie pool. Will not be staying again! Save your money !
DONT STAY HERE!! So me and my boyfriend are recently homeless and have had the help of my family to get hotel rooms. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The housekeeping people would COME IN OUR ROOMS WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING. Take in mind im 17, a minor..last night I left my vibrator on the night stand and me and my boyfriend went to sleep, the next morning he packed up our stuff and we left. Only to find out my vibrator had been missing from our stuff and hadn't been moved since last night. My boyfriend said he was looking for it but couldn't find it anywhere in the room we were staying in. Housekeeping came into our room while we were SLEEPING and took my VIBRATOR. TAKE IN MIND I AM ALSO A MINOR!! they also stole money from our room when we were not there. I will never be staying here again, and I advice anyone else with children or babies to NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE CREEPY!!
Disappointing Stay During a Stressful Time We drove several hundred miles to stay the night before our child’s early morning surgery, hoping for a restful and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several key areas. When we arrived around 7 pm, the front entrance was dimly lit and there were no other vehicles in the lot, which immediately made us feel uneasy. At check-in, I asked about the pool—one of the main reasons we arrived early was to let the kids swim—but it was closed without prior notice. Upon entering our room, we discovered the toilet was leaking from the tank onto the floor. The beds were passable, but the sheets were pilled and felt worn. The overall condition of the room was outdated and run-down. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our toddler play on the floor, which says a lot. This was a stressful trip for our family, and we were hoping for a bit of comfort and care. Sadly, this stay added to our anxiety rather than easing it.
They have security issues with their building. Torn sheets in a supposed clean room. Curtians didnot close or open right. Hvac unit not putting out alot of heat/ cool. Tried to talk with Manager about security issues, wouldn't come out of office. Talked with corperate, they said sorry and they are suppose to be giving us choice points
I had reservations paid for for two days. When i arrived there man at the desk said he canceled my reservation because I didn't get there before 9 pm. I had attempted to call no less than 10 times. The phone was not answered. They made me pay for room that I had reserved then they double booked it and received 2 payments for the same room at the same time. Please don't trust this place!
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, decent breakfast is a bonus, staff was nice though didn't say much, and great views on the west facing side. Not sure why the bad reviews. This place is better than expected for the price. This is categorized as a 2-star hotel, and is the best of the 2-star hotels at that intersection in my opinion (I've stayed at the others as well). You can't pick one of the cheapest hotels in the area and expect a 5-star experience at a 2-star hotel. If that's what you expect, then book a 5-star hotel and pay the 5-star price.
This place is super scary. I did NOT FEEL SAFE. I also felt my car was not safe in the parking lot. Filthy room. I slept in my clothes and pretty sure I shared the space with bed bugs! I was supposed to stay 3 night but checked out after the first and they would not refund for the other two. NASTY, FILTHY PLACE!!! Choice Hotels needs to revoke their membership!!!
