The service was quick and easy. The room seems clean. I am pleasantly surprised. You get what you pay for and this room is great for the price. There is no pool. My kids are bummed but it isn't a deal breaker. We almost exclusively stay at Quality Inn's. This one is pretty much like the others. The elevator is currently broken. We don't mind taking the stairs but some might not be able to. I just want a safe, clean place to stay. This one delivers! I would stay here again.

I rate everything based on value, and this Quality Inn is a great value. Sure, the rooms could use some renovation. But it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was pleasant, the HVAC worked well, and the road noise from the highway wasn’t an issue. Most importantly, Neil/Neal (Sunil, I assume), who seemed to be there almost 24/7, was so kind and personable and helpful. So a huge shout-out to Sunil! Such a pleasant young man, and a credit to his family and upbringing!

This is not the newest hotel but for the amount and the breakfast and the clean rooms and the service you cannot beat this it is conveniently located with many places to shop and eat nearby you are not on the beaten path but you are not so close to it that there is a lot of foot traffic it is on a dead end street so you are tucked away I am very happy with my stay here however the elevator is broken if you need a lower broom you need to suggest it and there is no pool which is fine as long as you know that up front this accommodated me perfect for the week I was here and my dog I felt safe secure and that she had a place to be while I had to be out doing what I needed to do in town thank you for the stay we would do this again. The internet is completely sketchy here it's not secure and I could not do the work I needed to do on my computer everything I had to do was done on my phone which makes things harder and convenient at the same time but if you need to do work on your computer this is not a place to go.

Yet another hotel that somehow thinks restricting 20 year olds from entering is a good business strategy. Circussial policy. Atleast yall made sure to charge 18+ year olds as if they were adults though!

Everything is so old, tv, carpet, lots of small things. Breakfast was like anywhere else like this but the paper bowls were dirty on the outside like they had been dropped & still put out. I personally would not chose this place however company work for books hotels & pays for them. So only good thing about that is finding out which ones are awful in the event I travel for vacation

Rooms were cleaned, breakfast was on point. Hotel is pretty close to activities and shops. Only big issue we had was our toilet constantly ran out of water so we had to keep filling up the tank after 2 flushes. We were also a little disappointed about the pool not being open/functional, wish the website would have said it was down. Other then that it was a ok stay.

Great price and had everything you would need to stay comfortable. Right of the highway and access to shops and restaurants that were just a drive away. I had stayed here 3 nights and the room service was spectacular. They would check in every morning to see if I needed anything towels, coffee, sheets, whatever I needed. Breakfast included cereal, toast/bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, juice and coffee station. Hotel is a little outdated but everything was clean, great price per night, and accommodates a comfortable nights stay.

Just a standard hotel room it was clean. The lady at the desk at night had some a bit of an attitude when we checked in. The really nice thing about the stay was the free breakfast.

A little tired but clean. Great price and just OK breakfast. Right on the highway so easy to get to but noisy if you are on the wrong side. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Would stay again if the price stays low.

Good value. The service here is excellent, the breakfast is decent, my room smells good (big deal to me) and the bed is very comfortable. I had a bit of an issue with a noisy/slow filling toilet and the WiFi is kind of a pain because you have to keep re-connecting to it but for the price I think it's a good value!
