Really nice hotel! Great breakfast and they have a hot tub and pool. Quiet. Great selection of movies including HBO. Would stay here again. Close to target and other food places. Would have like a little more variety in hot breakfast food. Shower water pressure was low and they only give one tiny bar of soap.

Great customer service! Awesome hospitality I came for the pool, and stayed for the quality of service. By the way, the pool is warm, feels AMAZING!! hot tub has powerful jets The room was clean The hotel was clean and looking nice! With charging stations through out the sitting areas for easy access charge for your phones or devices. They’ve got a snack area , just pick your snack and check out with front desk clerk. If I’m even thinking of staying anywhere near Denver or surrounding areas, this is where Im staying at!!

Very poor experience at this Quality Inn in Westminster. I was shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff were. They tried to charge me extra for my service dog, which is completely against ADA law. When I calmly explained this, the front desk staff became rude and dismissive, even telling me “at the end of the day it’s still a dog.” That attitude alone tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their guests. Instead of understanding, compassion, or even basic customer service, I was met with hostility and ignorance of the law. I will absolutely never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that anyone with a disability avoid this place. They need better training, better management, and a much better attitude toward people who rely on service animals. This was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. Hotels in Colorado cannot legally charge a fee for a service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Colorado law, a service animal is not considered a pet and cannot be charged a pet deposit, pet rent, or any other surcharge. However, the handler is responsible for any damage caused by the service dog, just as any other guest would be for damages they cause. What hotels cannot d:::: Charge a pet fee or deposit for a service dog. Charge for cleaning a service dog's hair or dander. Assign a guest with a service animal to a "pet-friendly" room or a designated area. What the handler is responsible for:::: Keeping the service dog under control (e.g., by using a leash, harness, or voice command). Paying for any damages caused by the service dog to the room or property.

Nice clean room, friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was decent always a plus staying somewhere with kids. Indoor pool and hot tub with access until 10pm. Close to target for a quick run for items and places to eat near by.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not stay here, there are plenty of accommodations around the area that aren’t ran/owned by crazy people. And the hotel smells and looks terrible in comparison. The $30-100 extra is worth it. My wife booked the hotel and paid for it prior to arriving, and when we got there, I went in to grab our keys and finalize everything. When I came to the front desk, Mohammad Latif the General Manager was working the desk. He asked me for a card to put down for incidentals, I gave him our regular bank card, but my wife paid with our Cash App card online. We don’t have a physical cash app card, we lost it during our travels moving to a different state, and he said he needed a physical card. His only option was to refund the card and charge the stay AGAIN on my other card for the room charge and incidentals. We attempted to stay here because this is our 5th hotel in the past week as we get our apartment cleaned and wait on our bedding to come in, so we chose this hotel as it was the cheapest with the fairest reviews. Big mistake. I told Mohammad initially “okay, you can refund the cashapp card and run this card” but quickly decided I should ask my wife first and asked for my ID and card back. My wife decided it wouldn’t be worth it to get a refund on one card, then get charged the room again and $100 incidental - for all that hassle we could just get our refund and go to another hotel for less money. When I went back into the hotel, I told Mohammad Latif the GM that we’d just like a refund for the room and we’d stay somewhere else. He said “It’s a shame, we can’t have people bailing on their commitments to us so I will be putting you on the do not rent list” I honestly could care less about staying here ever, never did, never will - but to try to victimize yourself simply because I no longer wanted to jump through your hoops after a long day shopping and unpacking? I asked for the room to be cancelled again and to get a receipt for the cancellation. Then, when I continually asked him for his name so that I could address his unprofessional behavior with Choice Hotels, he charged at me trying to touch and what I was holding, screaming “it’s on the paper! It’s on the paper!” after I repeatedly told him to not approach me. I called him a terrible manager for his unprofessional behavior and he called me a “terrible scammer” and “poor/broke,” then proceeded to forward my information to Westminster police, simply because I refused to stay in his room and wanted a refund. I never screamed, acted belligerent, or said anything disrespectful to Mr. Latif. He has cameras (as you can see he pointed at it in one of the pictures) so he knows his response to us cancelling the room was completely unprovoked and he can watch his cameras again to see his erratic behavior. All in all, I will do my due diligence to illicit a meaningful response from Choice Hotels, but Mohammad Latif is an embarrassment to Choice Hotels and his religion, he is not a true beacon of the Islamic faith in my opinion - he is discriminatory, racist, explosive, and will berate guests over $65. I would never visit his mosque, because I assume I’d get the same deranged treatment. We stayed at the Aloft instead (one of the hotels we’ve already stayed) and had a pleasant night in a much cleaner/nicer hotel, with a normal, respectful staff. Do not spend a night in this hotel if Mohammad Latif is still the Manager/Franchisee. I wouldn’t stay on the grounds even if it got changed into a Ritz-Carlton. Disgusting behavior, do better. Bryce

Beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains out the west rooms' windows. Bed are comfortable, breakfast was yummy but ended at 9 am (too early), eggs, toast, cereal, coffee, etc. The staff are kind and helpful. Close to everything you would need. We liked it so much we stayed a second night.
