Rooms definitely need some work. At least the one I was in. A lot of the caulking was missing, discolored, or had mold. Ceiling in bathroom looks like they just painted over some spots to make it better but there could be water damage under it hard to tell. Vent was absolutely filthy with dead bugs in the light cover. Breakfast was ok definitely crowded. Forgot toothbrush, but you will have to buy one here. Slow drain on bathtub. They seem short handed on staff but no money to fix things. Seems to be hanging on by a thread. HVAC is really loud seems to be going to. A lot of repairs can be made low cost.

I live locally, but my mom in law stays here every time she visits us!! The staff is so incredibly sweet, attentive, and caring!! I can't gush enough about them!! They take SUCH good care of my mom during her stays!! She has one particular room she loves one the 1st floor and it's perfect, clean and well kept!! If I were a traveler, THIS is the place I would want to stay!! Thank you so much for being amazing, and graceful with my mom!!

Honestly, it wasnt a bad room until we came back. First of all, we stayed here on 3 different occassions with 3 vastly different experiences. The first time was ok. They were chill about my service dog and my young child being on the reservation. The pool was nice and breakfast was timely.(you get the quality breakfast you pay for and this was a cheaper room) The second time we noticed that after a nasty storm there was water damage in the top level room and the paint off of the ceiling in the pool room had chipped off and into the pool. Not sure if it is lead paint but if so, this is a huge health hazard. At this point we had paid 3 $50 deposits for under a week stays. We go to check in for this third stay and upon check in, the desk person said the deposit for a $154/2 night stay was $200. Mind you, the hotel had already attempted an $80 charge prior to us getting to the hotel to check in. We will no longer be booking with this hotel ever simply because there are better options with safe and functional amenities. In this area we dealt with a great deal of illicit drug users (needles and pill bottles around the property) and even had to attain extra security for our vehicle. For the safety concerns and the proce point, the least we expected was decent staff. Realistically, they are NOT black and hispanic friendly and NOT service animal and small child friendly. They market themselves as such and are shitty to people based off personal biases.

Had a really great stay here, as always! I’m a regular customer and this place never disappoints. The staff are super friendly and make everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to the front desk manager, Anjuli—she’s amazing, very welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, and the bed was especially comfortable. Overall, excellent service and a great vibe. Would definitely keep coming back!

I stay here a couple weeks at a time and g get staff are always professional, polite, and smiling! The rooms are clean and smell fresh. Some rooms have a full bathroom and separate jet tub in the room. It was so relaxing...I loved it and you will to! They also have a nice hot tub and indoor pool and keep it clean! Breakfast is always hot, on-time , and always plenty of choices! Im giving this Quality Inn (5*)***** bc I'll be back to stay again and recommend you stay here to!

Stayed here about 3 weeks ago for only a couple of hours because there were bedbugs. When we told them they didn't do anything and they still have not apologized or refunded us. Do not stay here, they don't care about their customers or quality at all.

Why on earth would a HOTEL not let you check in if you’re 20? Ridiculous policy. Does this country just hate its young people all across the board? Except for dying across the globe of course, no makes total sense. What’s a tour in Iraq to a hotel check in right?

Really nice hotel! Great breakfast and they have a hot tub and pool. Quiet. Great selection of movies including HBO. Would stay here again. Close to target and other food places. Would have like a little more variety in hot breakfast food. Shower water pressure was low and they only give one tiny bar of soap.

Great customer service! Awesome hospitality I came for the pool, and stayed for the quality of service. By the way, the pool is warm, feels AMAZING!! hot tub has powerful jets The room was clean The hotel was clean and looking nice! With charging stations through out the sitting areas for easy access charge for your phones or devices. They’ve got a snack area , just pick your snack and check out with front desk clerk. If I’m even thinking of staying anywhere near Denver or surrounding areas, this is where Im staying at!!

Very poor experience at this Quality Inn in Westminster. I was shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff were. They tried to charge me extra for my service dog, which is completely against ADA law. When I calmly explained this, the front desk staff became rude and dismissive, even telling me “at the end of the day it’s still a dog.” That attitude alone tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their guests. Instead of understanding, compassion, or even basic customer service, I was met with hostility and ignorance of the law. I will absolutely never stay here again, and I strongly recommend that anyone with a disability avoid this place. They need better training, better management, and a much better attitude toward people who rely on service animals. This was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. Hotels in Colorado cannot legally charge a fee for a service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Colorado law, a service animal is not considered a pet and cannot be charged a pet deposit, pet rent, or any other surcharge. However, the handler is responsible for any damage caused by the service dog, just as any other guest would be for damages they cause. What hotels cannot d:::: Charge a pet fee or deposit for a service dog. Charge for cleaning a service dog's hair or dander. Assign a guest with a service animal to a "pet-friendly" room or a designated area. What the handler is responsible for:::: Keeping the service dog under control (e.g., by using a leash, harness, or voice command). Paying for any damages caused by the service dog to the room or property.
