This place is okay I suppose, when I stayed here I was annoyed that there were so many bikes parked outside as I assumed I wouldn’t be getting much sleep because of the rowdiness of a biker club staying there, but surprisingly I didn’t hear a peep from them!
Fairly easy to get to and has plenty of parking. There's a small table set up in the lobby for 'breakfast'. There's one washer and one dryer with very specific laundry times. No vending machine for detergent though. If you're signed up for Super 8 rewards, don't expect a discount at this location. The room was clean and smelled ok. Not a quiet place by any means, at least not the room we were in.
Accommodating, polite & understanding crew here. Spent more than a few days here figuring out where I would sign my next lease. Consistent and kind faces that are good for a laugh or two as you pass by the counter.
Don't ever stay here. You're wasting your money and time there. The manager, Maria, is incredibly unprofessional and will boast about how you'll never get your money back. All of these third party traveling apps will not help you get your refund even if you don't stay the night. Beware. Wyndham, you guys need to do better.
If you get a room here, ask for 2nd floor west side. Otherwise, you will hear people stomping upstairs or the I25 traffic. And plan on getting breakfast and coffee somewhere else. Maria was very nice and the room was mostly clean.
I recently booked this hotel online and unfortunately; it was nothing like what was advertised. When I got to my room, there were paper towels shoved into the door, the bathroom was dirty—especially the shower—and electrical outlets didn’t work, which meant I couldn’t even charge my phone. I was there less than an hour and chose to check out and find a different hotel. I can deal with a few minor issues, but when it comes to things that affect health and safety, that’s where I draw the line. I reached out to the manager to try and get some help, but they were completely unhelpful. The attitude I got was basically, “We’ve got your money, now what are you going to do about it?”—which was incredibly unprofessional. The night guy said refunding my money would be no issue and to speak with the manager in the morning. I called the hotel and spoke with the manager, and she was no help and refused to refund my money. I chose this hotel because I trusted the Wyndham brand, but this experience has really shaken that trust. I hope someone takes a serious look at what’s going on at this location. I have opened a case with their corporate office and hope this manger/property get some much-needed updating.
