The people were fabulous. The Hotel is very rundown. We don’t mind walking but the main elevator was out of order. The water pressure for the shower in the room was powerfully but the handle was very lose needed replaced. Had an old Oder to the room. We had a roach run across the room and checked out fast after that. I hope they can put some money in to this location it needs it desperately.

I have stayed here a few times now and I have been very impressed with the staff everytime. The location is good, it's a safe area, and it's close to plenty of food and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I like the fact that the fan on the AC unit stays on constantly so it doesn't wake you up starting and stopping like some do. They have good clean common areas, and the breakfast is very good.

I am an IHG Diamond member and have stayed in many holiday inns across the United States. When I tell you this is one of the worst ones, I mean it. Location is terrible. Rooms are terrible, I was in room 342 and the microwave wasn't even plugged into the wall, the fridge constantly makes a hissing noise. And there elevators are terrible, not only the one that has been out of service for months which is very unprofessional for a "respectable" establishment. But their only "useable" elevator gets stuck and is VERY concerning. I do not make a bad review on IHG lightly. But this is absolutely terrible.

Filthy hotel. We had reserved a room weeks in advance. When we checked in our room was fully flipped upside down, maybe it was just cleaned but every window was open and the AC was set at the lowest setting. The room smelled disgusting. We were able to get another room but once in the new room we discovered a more egregious mess. The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes, stains all over the carpet and dog hair, dirt and small black flake stuff was all over one of our beds. The other bed wasn't even made, just sheets piled up. The staff is nice, they are kind people. But this hotel is disgusting, it does not convince me it has earned anything more than 1 star. Do not stay here.

Great place to stay while visiting the Arvada area of Denver. Location is ideal. Close to the freeway going to either Golden or Downtown Denver. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice for the price range. Would stay here again.

This hotel has no particular owners at the moment. The bank is in procession of the hotel. The hotel is falling apart and there isn't money to fix it up, as I was told by the General Manager, Robert Grant. They have a nice front desk staff, that much I will say. But good luck with your reservations!

Great location next to the highway. Was able to get to everything i was in the area for with ease. The rooms were clean and comfortable, very good breakfast with a wide variety of food, and I nice little store to get what you need if you forgot it.

Short stay here last summer. Well maintained and clean. The customer service was superb and whoever was working the front desk on the night of 6/29/24 (did not get name) should be commended for being very helpful.

I wish the hotel was better but it is not worth the price. Our bathroom had mold in the upper walls and ceiling that was painted over, sloppily as if they over sprayed the ceiling and the upper walls to cover up the mold. The hotel just seemed grungy. The area does have some homeless and vagrants but the parking lot is fenced so that seems safe. Location is good access to 70 but I would drive a little farther and stay in a nicer IHG Hotel.

Lots of homeless scurrying about and even seen a prostitute getting picked up from a man that had been parked in the lot for about 20 minutes. Another evening, a car pulled in the lot and sat there running for 30 minutes before leaving. Definitely not the greatest location.
