Its very clean in the rooms. It smells fresh and clean. No musty. Walking through and checking, it was clean. 10/10 there. The ac is motion censored and will shut off or is programmed to a certain temp. We had it down to 62. It did not feel like 62. Kept shutting off all night. The bed was a medium firm. The area around is very quiet. Not much traffic and we were staying memorial day weekend. Loved the breakfast. Typical holiday inn foods but they were good. We'd stay here again.

I was in town for business and stayed 3 nights. Anthony at the front counter, in the evening, was polite and patient with me as my work credit card was not working. We got everything taken care of and Anthony was truely accommodating and informative when speaking to my manager on the phone. Thank you Anthony! My room was very nice and quiet, clean and extremely comfortable! Thank you very much for a wonderful, restful stay! The breakfast was nice every morning but I hate that they're is no oatmeal or biscuits and gravy during the week ? but had plenty of fresh fruit!

Great location! Clean rooms! Good value! Breakfast options give you something good to have first thing in the morning. The photos are of room 337. I really like the Costa Coffee machines they have in the lobby. I would highly recommend this location!

I would strongly suggest that you not stay at this hotel as I was there this past weekend and unfortunately there were some issues with the rooms. I booked 4 rooms, one was a handicap room that was to accommodate my dad who is in a wheelchair. Upon arrival the hotel was unable to accommodate any joining rooms or rooms even close to the handicap room. As we were able to work through this issue we went ahead and took my father to his room to get him set for bed. Upon entering the room, it showed no signs of being a handicap room. We struggled to get the wheelchair between the beds and the hallway was very narrow. I decided to double check that I received a handicap room and the front desk assured me that it was. The next day when tending to my father I noticed Icons on the room number placard near the door. The icon on my door showed hearing impaired. The room across the hall showed wheelchair accessible. SOOOO what they said was a lie. I paid for a handicap room and did not receive one. To top this off, my room had little black hairs in the shower. I wore shoes the entire time as that is unacceptable. So in short, I would never recommend this location or this hotel and I will never be staying here again.

Excellent stay!! Great location, safe area. Delighted Family of 5 able to find a place to stay that also included breakfast for a very low cost. We decided to arrive a day early for our trip to Estes Park, and found this place online. We were able to see the mountains from our room. The staff was helpful and extra polite! Thank you!!

I want to give a great shout out to your front desk representative, KUSHUM. I had booked our room for the wrong date and we showed up and she got it all changed and got us in a room without any hassles or complaint. She is extremely confident and has great customer service skills, I cannot say enough how refreshing this was. We deal with many hotel representatives and she most definitely stood out. She is an asset to your company and should be highly regarded. This made our trip very pleasant as it was a last minute trip to see a Buffs game.

Room's are decent. It's a decent hotel if nothing else is available. I have Diamond elite status which isn't the easiest thing to do but they don't care for it. I tried calling them from 8 pm all the way to 12 am and the phone rang 1 and ended the call. I finally arrived with my party and didn't get a room upgrade which i understood as the guy told me there wasn't availability, but i had gotten my late check out to 2 pm. But then i was called at 11:00 am by a pretty rude lady that 1pm was the latest as if it where fault. So again stay if there's nothing else available, but if you care for status stay at a hyatt, hilton, or marriot especially a hyatt.

2/15-2/16 2 night stay was fabulous!!! This staff rocks!!! Far better then any Holiday Inn Express across america!!! We travel shipping race cars everywhere. ANTHONY and JACKY were accomodating!! The cookies, lemonade, breakfast and the gift bag stood out!! This place is amazing!!! We travel here often and BROOMFIELD will now be our hotel for Denver. THANK YOU!!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable but the mattress was extremely soft for us- super sweet staff brought us thicker pillows and towels , etc and the day guy at the desk was so great and helpful when I needed scissors and tape to wrap a gift- however, the young man at the desk early during breakfast was extremely rude and short, seemed totally bothered when I asked a question and seemed to enjoy telling me that the tv can’t be turned on anything but ESPN or weather! No one wants to watch either of those for long, most want to hear the daily news- he definitely needs more training as to how to deal with the public and not act condescending

Very clean Like the long sofa against the window and the desk with chair Stayed for 5 days; very spacious and quiet room; lots of cupboard, drawer and shelf space. Love the small foyer before entering the bedroom- with a microwave, coffee maker and bar fridge. Also a full length mirror!! Bed was very comfy- with4 large pillows ( 2 soft, 2 firm) Bonus: room is cleaned every day without asking! I liked the thermostat/heat/AC that was fully adjustable and the fan that I put on continuous as a ‘white noise’ at night Breakfast was quite good- lots of choices Love the coffee machines - you get a fresh hot cup of coffee 24/7 There were a few minor maintenance issues that were fixed when I told reception-which was great Fantastic location-it’s close to my kids in Lafayette Always someone at the front desk if needed Hot tub was not working- a bit disappointing
