This is where Weight Watches holds multiple in-person meetings weekly. The front door staff always make us feel welcome and the cleaning staff does a great job in keeping the restrooms clean.

Multiple times during my trip, I was locked out of my room— key card wasn’t working. One of the times, the new key that they made also didn’t work— so they either have a system issue, an attitude issue, or something else. I was extra careful to keep the key card away from my phone and other cards in case that was the issue, which it clearly wasn’t. They closed the pool for (routine) cleaning at 9:30am on a Sunday. Imagine as two little kids getting all excited to use the pool just to be met with that! Upon inquiring at the front desk, they told me it would be closed for several hours. Also I was accused of not being a checked in guest, which was not true. When I asked why they would do this during a high use time, they told me that the times were posted on the pool door. I went to check, and that was a lie, there are not times posted. To their credit, the front desk did call me after the cleaning was done. When I asked to speak to a manager about these issues, there wasn’t one on duty. As a Diamond Elite member I’m eligible both for upgrades or late checkout. Neither was available, and they seemed annoyed I even asked. Funny because you could still book an upgraded room if you paid for it. Breakfast was perfect, everything worked and was available.

First impressions are always important. I would give five stars just for that. Everything is clean and well put together. The front desk ladies were very kind. I would definitely enjoy coming back to this great hotel. Thanks again.

After a long day at the hospital we showed up late (12am) in the evening to check in to our reservation. Check in went pretty smooth besides the front desk person being preoccupied with her upset baby. When we opened the door to the room it was disgusting! Trash overflowing the cans onto the floor, dirty shoe prints in the bathroom and the bedding was balled up and thrown on the beds. We went down to the front desk and she informed us it was her last available room. We left and went to another hotel. I would have been a bit more understanding had we walked in and rented the room or had booked a few hours in advance (last minute). But we booked a couple days in advance! The lady at the desk was very apologetic, but there was nothing she could do. I'm not sure we will attempt staying at this property again. The hotel up the street was very accommodating to our last minute stay....

Stayed here from March 27–29, 2026 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Room was not clean at check-in—dirty sheets, floors not vacuumed, and shower products were wrong (conditioner filled with shampoo). Housekeeping was rude when we asked for basic items like towels and conditioner. On March 28, we were gone for nearly 10 hours and came back to a completely uncleaned room. When I asked about it, staff was rude again and even started cleaning while my kids and I were still inside changing—very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Even after that, the room still wasn’t properly cleaned. We were told they were “short staffed,” which is not an excuse when guests are paying full price. I’m an IHG Rewards member and this was by far my worst experience. I would not stay here again.

Probably the best place to stay in that area. Area a little rough, but hotel was great. We got one of the 3 queen rooms with pull out. Perfect for the 4 of us.

Stayed here for a stop before going snowboarding in eldora. Close to a tesla charging station so that was convenient. The room was clean and had a nice little view of the mountains. Overall positive experience

This place was okay, but I guess I was expecting a little better for $171/nt. The bed was as hard as a rock, and thankfully there was a sleeper couch with a halfways decent mattress, or else I probably would have been up all night. My room had a view of the dumpster that was attended to by a noisy garbage truck banging this and that (once more, I was paying a higher rate than the average, but did I get the room that nobody wanted?). The elevator was so slow, and the fitness room was small and void of any upper body strength training equipment. Lastly, while the breakfast was good, it was bothersome to see that each slice of bread and pastry was wrapped up in plastic. We already have plastic everywhere as it is. This seemed like overkill with creating unnecessary waste.

Beautiful, clean and right off the highway. Great breakfast spread! And our welcoming hotel hostess was very sweet and accommodating. In fact her name was Precious and she was!

Breakfast was good but very limited seating area. A kitchen staff had a bit of an attitude towards clients, front desk was notified but all I was told was sorry ma'am and I seen her later go up to the disgruntled kitchen staff person (interesting she knew which one) and was laughing and talking to her as she pointed to me, not professional whatsoever. Not planning on returning because of that.
