The Hilton Garden Inn Arvada Denver receives mixed reviews, with some guests praising its convenient location, friendly staff, and modern amenities like a pool and gym. However, concerns exist regarding pricing, inconsistent room cleanliness, and an undesirable breakfast offering.
I had the most wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arvada! Ariana at the front desk was beyond incredibly helpful! I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I really needed to because she went so above and beyond to make my stay one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel!! I will definitely stay here again!!
This place is not a dump by any means, but they are getting one star because they are incredibly overpriced for what they deliver, and they send you repeated text messages asking for positive reviews. So here is the deal, for $180 a night, you get a small room with very questionable climate control and that’s it. You want the terrible hotel continental breakfast that should be free it, $20. This is not a resort, those are powdered eggs, dry bagels, and cereal. This place is owned by some terrible family office in Maine, and it is run by a Nepo baby who really only cares about lining his pockets. I encourage you to avoid this place at all costs.
Stayed here for 5 days and unfortunately our room was not cleaned once our entire stay. There was only one day we left the privacy sign was on the door (the first day) but the room was still never tended to after that. The elevators to our floor became inoperable after the first day and there was no offer to move to a different floor. I asked if they would comp a breakfast one morning for the inconvenience which they did. But the breakfast was assorted toast, bacon/sausage, and eggs some apples and maybe an oatmeal offering. Sounds like it should be fulfilling enough but when they are charging $18-30 per person for this breakfast buffet, I would be extremely disappointed if that was all that was offered. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance that would charge less than that for an actual meal. The Mountain View is not really a “view” so don’t pay for the upgrade even if it is only $5 extra a night. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly. The location of this hotel is great, it is extremely walkable to old town Arvada and the shops/restaurants nearby.
This is by far one of the most luxurious hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious, immaculate, and equipped with high-end amenities. The service was flawless, with staff who made us feel genuinely valued. A truly unforgettable experience
This was a great location to stay at. The facility is beautiful when you walk in and the employees were delightful to speak with and rent from. The room was wonderful and bigger than I expected and bigger than it looks in the pictures. They also have a wonderful pool to hang out in along with a hot tub next to the pool. They have a 24-hour workout gym which is awesome as well as a business center and laundry area. The breakfast isn't free but they do have wonderful breakfast available along with a little market center next to the front desk. Also they have the ability for you to use a digital key which was really awesome and super convenient to use very easy to use and I would recommend figuring out how to use a digital key because it makes your life and everybody else's life so much easier especially with your ability to share the key digitally with anybody that you choose so they don't have to get a designated key from the desk. If you're looking for a great spot for not a lot of money which gives you all of the amenities you could wish for in a hotel then staying here is totally worth it!
Professional and genuine service from the service team. This is an older (at least 20 years) establishment but the updates make it feel more modern but still cozy. Great location near Olde Town Arvada and access to commuter train. Hot breakfast buffet is tasty and has good options. The building is large enough to move around in without getting stuck in a crowd, but not so huge that you get lost. I love the long desk that the tv sits on, it can be used in different sections without crowding. I like the open pull out organizer bins to store belongings by the front door. I appreciate the walk in shower with a horizontal flat drain towards the front. The cosmetics have a pleasant fragrance without being overpowering. I look forward to staying here again.
The internet advertised price was reasonable, when you call it’s twice as much. We had to pay extra to not give our email out. Breakfast is not included in the exorbitant price but instead costs extra. No bathtub and we were not given any washcloths. Disappointing. Best western is MUCH better!
The hotel is in a great location which is probably why they can charge the fairly high prices. The rooms are a bit basic and are starting to show some wear. Every time I go there I am surprised how I have to hunt down the tiny switches at each individual light in the room (a small inconvenience, enhanced by the higher pricing). Breakfast is good but you have to pay quite a bit extra for it. The hotel is clean though, but I may check out other hotels near Olde town Arvada next time.
