The main manger is a horrible person. Stayed thee was able to prove my ownership had two forms of id wanted to extend stay with my card on file (virtual card) deposit already paid already stayed 1 night adding a third night . Horrible human being not just an employee saying oh well 1800 miles from home putting us out in the cold when I had money to pay clearly. Staying with choice or Hilton. Never again. I wish I could get my money back or keep my money fire that lady and promote the gentleman who actually cares about the people
My friends and I were supposed to stay here for only a weekend. We weren’t even there for a full day! We woke up around 7am freaking out because there was bedbugs!! We got out of there as soon as we could. We spoke and argued with front desk for like an hour trying to get a refund, we were not just going to be moved to another room in that hotel! We were told management had to be there in order to receive a refund. Fast forward to almost a week from then, we still haven’t gotten a refund and we still haven’t even been able to speak to any sort of management. I already made a report to the health department. Please do not go here! They don’t care about their customers, let alone health regulations.
Be aware! They will charge $100 to your card as the deposit for "incidentals" to be refunded once you've checked out and they check your room. That credit wont hit your card for 2 days. New to me as I come from a small town and haven't stayed in a hotel for a couple of years. TV remote didn't work. Electrical tape covered the power button. Wouldn't work. Fortunately a replacement worked. Ice machine on my floor inoperable. Had to go to another floor to get it. Lobby is dark because multiple bulbs burned out in fixtures. Main building has an outside entry elevator. Pieces of flooring covering partially missing. On the other floor where I got ice, the light above the elevator entrance, was burned out. Very dark. Safety and security issue for an outside elevator entry. I reported it. Had difficulties with the room door. Had to try to open it 2 or more times because the deadbolt did not fully retract into the door. This is an older motel so some problems are to be expected but, overall, maintenance appears to be a low priority. Maybe other people don't report problems like I do. I'm just trying to help and make things better for the next person. The room was actually good. The saving grace here. Free breakfast was fair, but get there early for the better stuff.
Would not recommend!! We needed a place to lay our heads for a few hours and that is literally all we did. The room was dated. The window didn’t have privacy blind and the night lights shined in. The toilet and bathtub were nasty stained and the room smells like urine. The carpet felt damp so I keep my shoes near so I could slip them on.The girl that checked us in was nice.
This place is the worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. They are unkind unfair went down for breakfast at 7 AM. They started from 6 to 9 ran out of everything couldn’t replace anything when asked they answered back Rudely did not give back our hundred dollar deposit because of a little mess on the bathroom floor to which we don’t ever bring brooms with us into a hotel room when you’re staying there on a vacation, we made sure that room was pretty decent enough for the maids to clean did not use their sheets or blankets. I used our own blamed us for a stain on their blanket Blamed us for dirty towels, which could be clean. They were not filthy enough to where they wouldn’t be clean these people here are scam artist and take everybody’s deposit. I am not the first one they have done this too. I have been a witness to a few other people while standing in line at the front desk With the same situation.
I wasn’t sure what to expect based on some of the older reviews, but I had a genuinely good experience during my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and much nicer than I expected for the price. The bed was cozy, the water pressure was good, and I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi. It’s clear they’ve been working on improvements, and it definitely shows. The location is also very convenient—close to shops, food options, and public transportation, which made it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the money. If you’re looking for an affordable stay with solid service, I’d recommend giving it a try. Sometimes places deserve a second look, and this one really surprised me in a good way!
If we could give zero stars we would. The bed has been made but the sheets were dirty. There was glitter, hair and a bug. Various liquid stains on the comforter, chair and wall. We left after checking a second room, deciding it wasn't clean enough for our son and dog to sleep in. Management only refunded one night stay with a two night reservation. Didn't have the stamina to discuss situation and fired back with she was incapable of helping us. Wouldn't even discuss refunding pet charge fee even though fur baby didn't stay there either. Don't stop here. It will be a waste of time when you need to find another place to stay. Management makes it clear they are incompetent at best and terrible people at worst. I've slept on my sleeping bag at a few places on my travels. I won't put my sleeping bag through those types of stains.
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Amy and the manager, Gita, who both went above and beyond to make my visit perfect. The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay; clean, relaxing, and such a great place to unwind. The location is perfect, with everything I needed close by. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The breakfast was delicious and had such a great variety to start the day right. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to the manager, Gita, and to Amy, both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and perfectly during my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service.
My 1 Queen room was fine at this price. It was clean and looks like it was updated recently. Everything worked. Hairdryer, micro, fridge. No outlets available so they put a power strip type box on the desk. Strong shower, a little drippy so I just left the bathroom door closed. Can be noisy in the highway side but the AC fan mostly covered it. Pool was nasty but they drained and refilled it. Breakfast was not bad; better than usual at these motels. Sausage, eggs, DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread and bagels, a toaster, juice. I liked the place and the price was great. Outside at night though big problem, there are rats everywhere. I understand them being near the dumpster, but they're running around everywhere. You'll see a dozen on the way to your room and they even get run over in the parking lot. They need an exterminator team of those rat dogs and weasels and take care of this. Edit: I would stay here again, but they need to fix the rodent issue outside
