The hotel has a restaurant. They do not post the menu in the rooms and they do not offer room service. We were there for a hockey tournament so they knew the hotel would have a significant occupancy. The bartender is left to fend for herself waiting on people wanting drinks and people wanting food. It was absolutely absurd, and I think unfair to the poor bartender trying to do an impossible job. If not for her I would have given the hotel a 1 or 2. Poor poor business decisions.

this is a very nice hotel at a very fair price. The staff is excellent polite, nice and professional. Nicole was the housekeeper and she was great.

Very disappointed, the night before we left we found blood on both comforters. We did not see it prior because it was covered by the duvet. Went to the front desk and we had to change our own bedding. We were told a manger would contact us. Waited two days with no phone call. I emailed the general manager and included pictures, he responded and stated he would review our reservation and get back to us. Six days later he still not contacted us. My thoughts are he does not believe or thinks we got the blood on the comforters. I understand things happen when running any business, but the lack of communication from the management team is very poor management!!

We stayed for two nights in April of 2025 and have nothing but positive things to say. The room was large and comfortable, service was lovely, breakfast was good, and the location was great.

The bathroom wall was very dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. But the location was absolutely perfect. I believe it’s absolutely absurd to pay $12 to park. It is not a secured parking lot, it is not covered and it’s not even private.

We enjoyed staying here. We were here for a whole week so we got to engage with a lot of the staff. Staff is great! Breakfast was yummy! Rooms weren’t cleaned to my expectations but were ok. Place was quiet and we even enjoyed the pool! It was very clean and the gym looked great too. Super useful that they had a mini fridge, microwave in the room and washer and dryer on site.

Fantastic hotel for the price. The check in was warm and efficient, rooms were really comfortable and clean, and breakfast had an amazing selection and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I’ve never been to a Hyatt place where we could enjoy the food outside and it was a really homey touch. Workers were always on top of everything, we’ll gladly stay again when we’re in the area!

I had planned to write a great review but things have changed. At check-in there was an issue since I paid with booking.com. The guy was great but it took almost one hour. Room and breakfast was great. Check out was smooth. The only bill I had to settle was at the bar. A few days later I discovered two extra charges to my credit card for over $400. I called Saturday and was told I would get call back in the morning. I have not. I also contacted customer service and emailed the hotel contact with no response. Very frustrating!

We had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt in Denver! Even though our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 1 AM, the front desk agent who checked us in was so kind and welcoming, making the late-night check-in a breeze. The hotel was spotless and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The room was an amazing size. Breakfast was absolutely amazing — delicious food with a great variety. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional, and Luke at the front desk was especially helpful during checkout and answering any questions we had. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Denver!
