Everything was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was especially attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great service and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed in our experience at this hotel. My daughter and I were flying in from out of state to attend a wedding. Since we were going to Uber rather than rent a car, and we were staying several days, we wanted to book a nice hotel in an area close to the facility that also had needed amenities such as a restaurant and bar, and all the usual expected amenities that higher class hotels have. This one's website seemed to indicate they had all that. Until we arrived..... And discovered that neither the restaurant or the bar was open on Memorial Day when we arrived, there was no room service alternate, and there would be zero food or drink options of any kind until the brief "breakfast" the next morning which cut off at nine a.m., or we'd have to wait until five p.m. the next day when their tiny food service / bar opened. We had hoped to invite the bride and groom over for a glass of celebratory champagne, but since the bar was closed and that option was out, we thought we'd invite them over the next morning for coffee.....only to discover that the coffee and tea set up which was outside of the breakfast area in the lobby was ALSO UNAVAILABLE after 9 a.m. so we couldn't even offer them a cup of coffee from the lobby service which is usually standard and available all day in the better hotels we generally book. Add to that the lack of a smart TV in the room so we couldn't sign in and watch movies from our own Netflix account, no hot tub, and a musty smelling bathroom.... and we might as well have been staying at a motel 6. Next time we'll vett our choices better. At the very least there should have been a notice on their website that their few amenities would not be available on holidays such as Memorial Day.

Rooms are spacious and well kept for the price. Only complaint I can think of is that there are only ice machines on every other floor. Not a big deal to me, but if it is to you…. ask for a room on an even numbered floor (2,4,6) and you should be golden.

I'm starting to assume some reviews are fake with such high overall guest ratings. While this hotel does offer a decent breakfast and customer service was good, the facility needs updates. Bathroom has mold in showers, the baby blue walls in bathroom needs cleaning/painting, furniture is older as well as box springs, dining furniture is very worn, light switches in room dirty, carpet needs cleaning or replacing, toilets are older and super short/low, pull out is very dated, would not use. Stayed due to ratings, which are not reality!

The hotel has a restaurant. They do not post the menu in the rooms and they do not offer room service. We were there for a hockey tournament so they knew the hotel would have a significant occupancy. The bartender is left to fend for herself waiting on people wanting drinks and people wanting food. It was absolutely absurd, and I think unfair to the poor bartender trying to do an impossible job. If not for her I would have given the hotel a 1 or 2. Poor poor business decisions.

this is a very nice hotel at a very fair price. The staff is excellent polite, nice and professional. Nicole was the housekeeper and she was great.

Very disappointed, the night before we left we found blood on both comforters. We did not see it prior because it was covered by the duvet. Went to the front desk and we had to change our own bedding. We were told a manger would contact us. Waited two days with no phone call. I emailed the general manager and included pictures, he responded and stated he would review our reservation and get back to us. Six days later he still not contacted us. My thoughts are he does not believe or thinks we got the blood on the comforters. I understand things happen when running any business, but the lack of communication from the management team is very poor management!!

We stayed for two nights in April of 2025 and have nothing but positive things to say. The room was large and comfortable, service was lovely, breakfast was good, and the location was great.

The bathroom wall was very dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. But the location was absolutely perfect. I believe it’s absolutely absurd to pay $12 to park. It is not a secured parking lot, it is not covered and it’s not even private.

We enjoyed staying here. We were here for a whole week so we got to engage with a lot of the staff. Staff is great! Breakfast was yummy! Rooms weren’t cleaned to my expectations but were ok. Place was quiet and we even enjoyed the pool! It was very clean and the gym looked great too. Super useful that they had a mini fridge, microwave in the room and washer and dryer on site.
