The Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield offers spacious suites with a full kitchen and comfortable beds, often praised for its friendly staff and convenient location near family and attractions. While some guests have noted cleanliness issues and minor maintenance concerns, the overall experience is consistently positive, particularly for longer stays.
The hotel lobby was modern, beautiful, and very welcoming. The room was spacious and felt more like a small studio apartment, with plenty of space for everything. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was also great with a good selection of options. Unfortunately, there were a couple of cleanliness issues. The kitchen chairs had not been properly cleaned, and there were black marks on the toilet seat that looked like footprints, which was uncomfortable to see. Aside from these issues, the hotel had great potential, and the overall experience was positive.
If I could give this location more stars I would. The room was very spacious and nice. Of course there were minor things but it's a hotel and very clean and beautiful views of the mountains right outside our window. Let's start with the front desk supervisor (Jacob). I have never received better customer service at any other hotel. He is the definition of going above and beyond for guests. Extremely friendly and will help in anyway he can. I can't remember everyone's name but everyone at the front desk has like minded attitude and very friendly. The kitchen had a solid breakfast with good variety. Then the bar/restaurant at night had good food and reasonably priced. Mikayla was running the bar and kitchen by herself and was killing it so big shout out to her as well! Would highly recommend staying here and by far one of the best hotel experiences I have had.
This was our first experience with Hyatt and we were pleasantly pleased! We went for my birthday weekend. As we entered our room, it was decorated with balloons and I had a chocolate birthday cake waiting for me! That was so thoughtful! The rooms were very spacious, clean and overall very comfortable. The employees were beyond exceptional ? Very kind, helpful and welcoming! We enjoyed the food and bar service as well. Lastly, the breakfast was probably the best we have ever had at any hotel. Lots of options, fresh and very organized! We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family! We also will be staying again!
The rooms are nice and seem fairly new. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Having a separate living area and kitchen is convenient for longer stays. There is not much around to do, but there is a Starbucks right across from the parking lot in addition to the Hyatt's free breakfast. For us, the suburban location works because it is close to family we are visiting. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are used to East Coast humidity and they will provide a table top humidifier on request which is great for sleeping. In addition, they have happy hour with a small bar and some food in the lobby in the afternoons/evenings every day. There is a pool table in the lobby, outdoor patio area with grills and a small outdoor pool for use in the summer. Parking is free. Highly recommend this place, especially for longer stays.
Fantastic place to stay, I highly recommend it for both short and longer term stays. The accommodations are spacious and well maintained, the common areas are light and bright, breakfast is on-time and nicely presented. Most importantly, all the staff couldn't be more welcoming, friendly and helpful. I arrived after a long drive in need of a place that was comfortable, peaceful (quiet) and welcoming. I met front desk person, Mikayla Ambrtiz who got me quickly and efficiently settled in for the evening, and had useful suggestions about dinner. She was kind and very considerate. When I worked out my plans and realized I would need a longer term stay, Jacob Twomey (at the front desk at that time) was super helpful setting me up with my reservation and Addy Preston was able to make arrangements for a reduced rate to help accommodate my longer stay. The housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful if a guest needs anything - and they are there with a ready smile. I highly recommend staying here!
AC didn't really seem to work. It'd stop blowing air when you set it to "cool," but then when you set it to "off," the fan would come on. Hairs stuck to walls, lots marks on the wall. This hotel has fallen victim to the horrendous "bathroom barn door" trend, so there is a several inch wide gap between the door and the wall when you slide it closed. As you can see in my photo, it's easy to see into the bathroom and even easier to hear anything that goes on in there, so if you like bathroom privacy, pass on this hotel. The spot to hang clothes was located in the bathroom for some reason, and appeared to have formerly been enclosed by a door that was since removed. I thought hanging my clothes in the bathroom was a little gross. Pillows are small for a king bed but not the worst I've seen at a hotel, they are at least rectangular instead of the square one some hotels use for some reason now. The brown pillow in my photo is one I brought from home, so you can see the size difference between standard pillow and their pillows. Bed was comfortable enough (AC issues not withstanding) BUT there was one window that had cheap blinds and no curtains over it, and it faced a parking lot that's lit up like a football stadium all night, so our hotel room was nowhere near dark at night. I'm very light sensitive and even with something covering my eyes, the amount of light in the room at night was very bothersome. Staff was nice. Better than average hotel gym. Lower quality breakfast than I would expect from a Hyatt.
Really enjoyed stay. Jacob was a great help. I was staying for a procedure at Centeno and Shulzt. It was very nice to have a full size fridge, and cooking utensils. Had everything you could possibly need, a great breakfast and even offered gluten free udis muffin and bread upon request. Breakfast was hot and large. There was something there for everyone. I really enjoyed they stay and the housekeeping were extra sweet and helpful too.
If you're looking for a great place to stay while in the Broomfield area I highly recommend Hyatt House! Great atmosphere- clean grounds. Spacious suites with everything you need during your stay. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable and the shower hot with great water pressure. Bar/restaurant on site. Pool table. Great workout facility. Outdoor pool with fantastic outdoor sitting area. A great place to meet up and relax! Will definitely stay again when in the area.
Very lovely hotel. Right from the get go, friendly check in front desk. Great location. Seemed like we were 7-9 minutes from everything we wanted to go to. Great free hot breakfast every morning. The rooms were very nice and modern. Loved the layout. Big walk in glass enclosed shower. My only beef would be- i would love better lighting in the bathroom. Another hotel in the city offered a nice, backlit mirror which was way more flattering. The kitchen was filled with everything you would need to cook yourself some food, should you choose. Had a cute bar downstairs but we didn't have time to visit it. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend.
