Location is perfect from where we were attending our event. This place was pretty clean. It’s cheap so you get what you paid for. Now the room I had had the smell of smoke all night in the bathroom and then it condensed into the sleeping room. This i did not like at all. Environment is quiet. Chill. Overall was a cool stay. Not a bad place. Not the best place. I would come again if on a budget.
The staff day and night are very professional and very accommodating. Special word regarding Ang... a truly lovely person. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I ended up staying a couple weeks and the ladies told me how to get a better rate. Always friendly and Thornton, CO isn't exactly the nicest area , the staff keep everything nice and cleaned up on the property..... I felt safe and attended to at this location. You cant beat the weekly rate for the kitchenette either!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff member working last night was extremely rude and disrespectful toward guests and showed no understanding of basic customer service. Her behavior was unprofessional and made it seem as though guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Because of her attitude, this hotel is losing revenue and damaging its reputation. The way she spoke and acted was unacceptable and concerning. I strongly hope management or corporate reviews this situation and hires staff with proper training and professionalism. I would not recommend this property unless significant changes are made.
I truly believe the front desk reflects the overall quality of a hotel, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The lady working the front desk last night was very rude and used abusive language in front of our children, which is completely unacceptable. She also refused to check in a guest who was trying to get a room, without providing a proper explanation, and continued to behave unprofessionally throughout the interaction. No guest especially families with kids should be exposed to such behavior. This kind of attitude and lack of basic manners can seriously damage the hotel’s reputation. Management needs to review this incident carefully and address it immediately.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of your hotel staff. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. The staff lacked basic manners and professionalism while speaking with customers. Their tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality service. I was shocked by how poorly they communicated, as customer service etiquette seems to be completely missing. I genuinely do not understand how a hotel can operate with staff who do not know how to speak respectfully to guests. This experience has left a very negative impression, and it is not what any customer expects when staying at a hotel.
During tough times, we found ourselves having to stay here a few weeks in November. It would have been a terrible experience if not for Angela. Angela gave such kindness, humanity, care every time we interacted with her. This is not a universal experience with other staff. Angela was the only one that treated us with dignity and respect. When we were experiencing a very humbling time, Angela was there with a warm smile and an open heart. Thank you Angela, you’re a saint and we would’ve have gotten through it without you!
