The Hampton Inn Boulder/Louisville offers a generally positive experience, highlighted by friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location near Boulder. However, recent reviews indicate inconsistent service and maintenance issues, including mattress quality and cleanliness concerns.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Big shout out to Anthony at the front desk who was very kind! He helped when my key/door was acting up, and really made me feel valued. Highly recommend!
Two clogged toilets. Maid/in-room coffee service was hit or miss. Breakfast - eh? Stick to the pre-packaged blueberry muffins and Fruit Loops. Helpful staff but only one person on the clock after 4:00 pm. Un-clog your own toilet or change rooms. Good staff, facility, and location. Just poorly managed. km
This hotel is fantastic and is extremely well run by Amie Kresha and all staff members I engaged with during my stay. They were kind, very welcoming, very responsive and overall went above and beyond.
We booked this location because it was cheaper than in Boulder. It’s a quiet area. It used to be that Hampton Inn was a reliably comfortable hotel that was clean. Unfortunately, that’s doesn’t seem to be the case any longer. Cons: THE MATTRESSES SUCKED. ITS TIME TO CHANGE THEM OUT. If you’re looking for the “feel the springs” experience, This is your place. The one in room 324 is bad. Maybe the others not so much, but I’m guessing it’s a good representation. My biggest issue is that they nickel and dime you with the $7 parking fee. You’d think that if you charge for parking the parking would be convenient- That is not the case. And let’s be honest, who’s walking to a hotel? People stay here NOT because they live close by they travels here. So it’s a bit ridiculous to charge for parking. Nothing around. It’s quiet. That’s a plus. There’s nowhere to eat close by w/ the exception of a McDonald’s. Musty. The room smelled like someone had just washed their dog in it. Once the A/C was turned on that helped but it’s musty. Did I mention I hated the pay to park BS? Pros: good service. Nice staff Hotel was clean Large rooms. Rooms were clean, musty but clean.
Great hotel for a budget price. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. It’s very close to Boulder, which is super convenient. The only downside is that the walls are pretty thin - if your neighbor’s watching TV, you might catch the show too. (Others mentioning the $7 parking fee, I don't yet know if I was charged for that, will update.)
I spent 2 days here. Anthony checked us in and was very helpful & kind. The room was very clean & spacious. The AC worked perfectly. I used the fitness center and loved the variety of equipment. The hot tub was nice after a long day. The mini fridge in the room worked well. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water with great water pressure. I felt safe walking my dog around the property, too. I used the laundry room and everything worked well. There are complimentary cookies in the afternoons, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. The staff is top notch, welcoming, and prompt. Aimee and Anthony were outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel.
Although it's only been one night of the 1 month I'm scheduled to stay here, I've had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff very friendly. When I walked into my room, it smelled very fresh and clean and you can tell the cleaning staff does their job right. So many hotel cleaners leave hair and minor things from past customers. You can tell the hotel operator has pride in his/her hotel.
