Kennedy, the front desk person had the best customer service ever! He was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. He definitely makes every guest feel so special. This employer is so fortunate to have such a wonderful person representing their company.

My aunt stayed here during the recent power outages in Golden (her sister lives nearby). The rooms are spacious and staff generally friendly. However, they did not seemed equipped to handle serious issues with problematic guests. Last night there was a man yelling, screaming, banging on walls and doors, for over 6 hours. Apparently he had been doing this the previous day too, and had been "spoken to" but his behaviour did not change. Despite running into multiple other guests who complained in the night and morning, and my aunt being afraid to leave her room (the man was next door to her and she was afraid to end up in the hallway alone with him), the staff apparently could do nothing except advise that he's checking out today. I heard this man myself: he's clearly having some kind of serious breakdown or mental issues. It was not a party, or one off argument. This situation could have easily escalated into something much worse and the police should have been called for a wellness check. I'm very unimpressed at how staff handled this, and hope they revise their policies for the protection of their own staff and other guests.

Wanted to give a shoutout to management and Ruth-they helped us out during these outages and really had our back when cancelling. We’ve never stayed here before but absolutely will and appreciate the community oriented vibe of the way they handle business. Thank you for your help today Ruth! Jess and Dani Shafer

The rooms and staff at this facility were excellent. Due to a family emergency I had to stay at this facility which is across the street from the hospital. Lovely front desk staff, very helpful. However, be aware that if you book this property through an online service as I did, and because this was an emergency situation, the reservation was for the wrong date, but the management REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE INCORRECT DATES, even though I paid for the actual night of the emergency! Seems they are more interested in the bottom line than customer service!

Love the location and staff. The staff were incredible and hospital before, during and after our stay. Would recommend to book!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Window coverings were a filtered light or nearly blackout. This was appreciated. We booked a queen suite, and loved the layout other than there was one small table between the beds. We would have appreciated side tables at each bed. There is room for them. The washer and dryer were both non-operational while we were there. We are on an extended vacation and needed that promised amenity. We were lucky because there was a great laundry mat one mile away..

We flew in from MD expecting to stay just a few nights, brother had been admitted to the hospital across the street. Realizing he was leaving anytime soon. Hotel staff went above and beyond to keep us in the same room for the week. My husband is in a wheelchair and paralyzed on the right side. The room we booked had the left hand grab bar for the facilities and roll in shower. Want to say thanks to the people who gave up there couple of nights and were able to move to a different room. And a very special thanks to the staff who understood the stress I was under and made our stay very comfortable.
