Maximising profits at the cost of customers health and experience! Every breakfast here is one step closer to diabetes. What kind of hotel serves breakfast in cartoon plates and plastic cutlery? The food is super processed and unhealthy its like having breakfast at McDonald's! Nothing is fresh and not a single veggies except for the potatoes that are recycled each day and you can taste that some of them are from the day before. Extremly unhealthy breakfast Rooms are clean and tidy, amazing that hey have a microwave and espresso machine, missing a water cooker.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, free parking. Everything was great. Location is perfect, you have a great skyline views and Uber was 8$ to Union station.

Susan was the absolute best at the front desk. The hotel is in a great spot in Denver the rooms are very clean and the beds gave me a great nights rest. Breakfast was delectable and all the employees I met were so kind. One of my favorite unique features of this hotel is the beer wall that’s right at the entrance, although I didn’t get to try any it really made me feel the care that has been put into the development of this establishment. I would recommend this hotel to any one of my friends and hope others can find this gem in Denver.

Cramped parking and tricky access to it reminds me why I live away from cities and use a hotel when I'm required to visit. The hotel is clean and well maintained with one of the the smoothest elevators I've ever ridden (I suffer from motion sickness and am always aware of the behavior of the things). Breakfast was adequate and uncrowded, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and will-equipped.

Did not realize there was a $75 pet fee per night! Highest of any hotel in the area. It was added in without my knowledge or consent. When I booked online it shows pets allowed. Its the only reason i booked this hotel as the other hotels had a pet fee. Would not have stayed at this hotel had I known. The guy said it shows it when you book online. I went online and walked through like I was going to book a room and it shows the pet thing for a split second and auto pulls you over to enter your card. No wonder i missed it. It doesnt even stay up long enough for you to answer. You can blink and miss it. Was not asked at the front if I had a pet. Was not offered a refund just told it was my problem since I didn't notice it on the website. Shouldn't let you get past without answering that question. At check in it was already $10 higher then the reservation stated then they tag on a dog fee without anyway for me to acknowledge it exists. My bank account is in the negatives and I have no money for gas until tomorrow and im not sure if we will even have enough to get to our next place. 75 bucks. Horrible

Very clean and new feeling hotel. Just down the block from multiple good restaurants in a nice area for walking. They have a little convenience store in the lobby and the store across the street was open late. There's a brew tap in the lobby which is something I've never seen before! Pillows could be a little firmer but the beds are very nice.

We used this Hotel a number of times over the past five years. As we have Friends and Family nearby. While the Hotel Staff is first rate. While we have never once been disappointed while using this hotel. We will not be returning. Not since Hampton Inn became a vocal supporter of the Trump administration.

The location kind of was scary when we first pulled up. But didn’t have any problems. Susan is wonderful at the front desk. Also spoke with Marcus before we came out who was super helpful. This place is NICE and CLEAN! Very newly remodeled. The breakfast is the best motel breakfast I’ve had. I will stay here again for the top notch service. They even had beer on tap but was out of service this wknd!

We usually NEVER stay in hotels when traveling, however the Denver Airbnbs around Ball Arena all seemed to have crazy rules and a $300 security deposit for a mediocre place and a longer walk to the Arena. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Every staff member no matter what time of day had an amazing attitude. Beds were comfortable, Suite was large enough for two people, salt water pool and hot tub, complementary beer upon check in, chicken and waffles for breakfast was a surprise, and a 35 minute walk to Ball Arena (we are mid-fourties) Things that could have made the stay a little better. - hot tub water was luke warm at best. - hot water ran out before my wife finished her shower twice (happened mid-day and after 10pm) - parking lot is NOT for large vehicles, if you have a long bed, super cab, box truck, or any type of trailer I'd research other parking.

Front desk was great- helpful and present. Breakfast was awesome: chicken and waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, etc. We were able to park, but we took the last spot. So be prepared to have to possibly find other parking in the area, which can be difficult. Room was good. Clean and smelled fine. Traffic was audible in room. Water backed up in tub which was kinda not great. Overall- very satisfied. Would stay here again.
