Room is okay, but i don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. There is a laundry room for guests which cost you a total of 8 usd for washing, drying, and buying supplies. They have a small pool and fitness room. Location is strategic with some restaurants nearby

Perfectly cromulent American-style hotel. Staff here excellent and friendly, room was spotless and spacious. We lose a star on breakfast, which is not quite what we are used to in Europe: there is no freshly cut fruit or warm croissants; rather we find are baby cupcakes, rich in preservatives, fruit loops in luminous shades, bake-yourself waffles, you err, bake yourself, apricot yoghurt in plastic tubs, and endless filter coffee. The bacon is good though ? At least Fox news was not blaring out over us ?

Wonderful hotel very clean quite and the breakfast had a great selection! Coffee available 24/7 and front desk was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. And the area has great restaurants and shopping available.

I was a little nervous about staying here because some of the reviews weren't the best. But I have to say, our stay was amazing! Molly at the front desk was a ray of sunshine during our checkin, room rate was very reasonable, room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good! We also felt completely safe the entire time. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

The employees were very nice. However, our room smelled like there is mold. There were weird stains in the corner of the room. The halls had wallpaper peeling off and housekeeping never came to our room. The mattresses were so used you could see the side that is used the most. The elevator was also out of commission all weekend. This place definitely needs to put money back into maintaining the building.

First off, if you’re looking at this place, it is DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel as advertised… I’d say a nice 2.5. After staying there and rereading a lot of these reviews, it appears someone is padding the reviews to boost the score… what guest honestly knows the name of the cooks(who are unseen and don’t even make the “fluffy waffles” referenced, let alone EVERY housekeeper, EVERY desk worker, all managers, the linen lady, and the maintenance guy???? Super fake review. In reality, this place is in a very sketchy area and you will see homeless wondering the property. While in the pool with my kids watched one chill near the back patio as he worked on some boogers. Speaking of the pool…. Definitely did not feel heated and no hot tub. Breakfast is ok, but had to ask for things to be replaced such as forks and was pretty mediocre. The breakfast area booths are old and worn. We chose to stay on third floor so we didn’t get noise above us and glad we did, floor is very thin and creeks in hallway as you walk. Room was updated, but cheaply done. AC didn’t work ever. Toilet didn’t flush at first but I was able to fix myself. Overall would NOT recommend if you were looking for a family place with a pool. If you’re just passing through by yourself on business then I’d say go for it. Best part of whole stay was front desk lady Molly…. She was truly awesome! Very kind, friendly, helpful and funny. They need to promoter her and send her to a nicer location!

Everything was good, service was exceptional. only leaving 1 star to warn you there is no hot tub, and this is not a ‘4 star’ hotel but more of a 2.5/3. If you know how hotel star rating works, you know that’s not to say this place was bad.

I book two rooms for my mom and brother for Christmas. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. My son wanted to swim with his grandma and uncle. The moring after check in my mom sister and son were racially profiled in the pool area by the maintenance man and one of the front desk employees. They asked my mom and sister if they were guest AFTER my mom had already talked to the same lady ealier that same moring. They question them about what room they were staying in and of they were really guest. Then asked if they were using a stotelen card. I had just arrived and overheard the conversation in which I stated to both the front desk and maintenance that they were in fact guest and I booked the room for them and added them to the reservation. They both started telling me I could not have people I put on my reservation use the amenities. Being o use to be a mariott employee and worked at various mariott hotels I knew this wasn't something that seemed right. I then told both of them i was a member and also and ex mariott employee and I didnt appreciate they way they were treating my mom and sister. As soon as they heard what I had to say they immediately apologized and walked out. My family is Native American amd we are of darker completion. The two individuals both assumed we were of other race. This experience was unpleasant. The rooms were great and clean the only down side was the front desk and they way they treated us. I think it was uncalled for and supper unprofessional. It really put a damper on the rest of mt moms trip.

I've stayed here a couple of times and loved the rooms and the staff has been good! But this morning I heard banging outside my room. I thought it was construction until I heard hollering. I looked outside and seen a man tweaking out! He was banging the metal and rolling around. This hotel is in a sketchy place at no fault of its own. I've noticed transients population is growing in Denver over the years. The hotel is awesome but beware of the area.

I've stayed at a ton of hotels, but Fairfield by Marriott at 120th and I-25 in Westminster tops the list. Super clean rooms, comfy beds-felt like home without the dog hair. Breakfast cooks Sam and Andrew nailed it every morning: hot eggs, crispy bacon, fluffy waffles. Front desk crew-Crystal, Owen, Gage, Molly, and Savanna-were all smiles, checked me in like we were buddies. Housekeeping-Amanda, Socorro, Marbella, Laymar, Magdalupe, and Judith-turned chaos into spotless without me lifting a finger. Claudia handled the linens; sheets crisp as new money, no creases, just perfect. Maintenance Andy fixed a squeaky door in minutes-no waiting around. Managers Violet and Kathleen keep it running smooth; you could feel the vibe the second you walk in. Coffee's bold and delicious, food's actually good. Paper plates, plastic forks-who cares? It's fast, it's free, it's five a.m. Bottom line: Book it. Whether you're crashing for work or passing through, this place treats you right. Five stars-Robert Miller.
