5 months agoThe staff and employees were very friendly and helpful, great service. The room seemed clean and well kept until I noticed the carpet in front of the desk/table. It was quite worn and threadbare, where a significant area was either torn or worn clear through to the padding. It made the room seem dingy. It was a disappointment in an otherwise comfortable stay.

6 months agoLocation was helpful based on why I was in this region, otherwise the location is less than optimal (there’s not much here to see). Staff is quite rude, something I’ve not experienced with Marriott properties before. The room was dirty, hair in the bathroom. Staff mentioned changing the room but what not trained well and severely under staffed. They were fighting with guests… perhaps this was a management issue and not an associate issue but either way I’m now concerned with picking a Marriott based on just the brand name.

7 months agoThe view was amazing. The customer service was top. Tier Anthony was by far the best customer service front desk person. He had the best customer service. He was nice and friendly, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was amazing. It was hot and fresh the facility was cleaned there. I have no complaints about this hotel at all. You could literally walk outside to Walmart.There were little shops around those also walking trail.The view of the mountains were breathtaking!!!

7 months agoThe hotel staff were so kind and friendly! Everyone to the front desk staff to the bartenders EJ and Kalay made my stay feel so special. The morning breakfast was also delicious! ? Plenty of stores , food spots , and an Imax threater in walking distance. Great views and great vibes all around!!

10 months agoThis Marriott hotel was stunning. I definitely was vibing with the mountains and stones decor. The breakfast was so good with lots of options. Also, the location was very convenient with proximity to shops and groceries.

10 months agoGreat hotel! We stayed for a U19 soccer tournament. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The breakfasts were perfect for grab and go and filled the boys up. My only problem was I forgot my pillow in room 250…. That’s on me.
