Wow. What a great hotel. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast is basic, but a great surprise. I was glad to see that back. Also the pool is open which was a plus. The room is very clean with new sheets and towels with the pillows no stains at all. Friendly staff , of coarse, with what appears to be more upgrades coming. What a great stay at a perfect price!

Super nice staff. Clean room on the cheap. Terrible breakfast bar had no water. And all I wanted was to take a hot shower. Water cold, seemed to bother the guy who answered the call. Hot water is a simple amenity to provide. Also booked the room for the indoor pool, which is supposed to be heated and was not. TVs are not smart tvs, silly to not be. Cable or dish network sucked, would freeze up or be pixelated Heading on a cross country trip dirty, no fun.
The room was nice for $62. It’s a little close to the interstate and the cars may keep one up all night if they’re a light sleeper. Breakfast wasn’t available at our time but I’m not particularly fond of cheap hotel breakfast anyways. Alan at the front desk was super nice and helpful and there is a washer + dryer available to wash clothes
No breakfast, no kleenex in the room, and when the power went out there was no one at the front desk and they wouldn't answer the posted phone number. Very disappointed, won't stay here next year.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant. Many of the staff actually live at the hotel, and one employee’s children ran through the hallways crying and screaming all night long. The children appeared neglected, dirty, and smelled strongly of urine, which made the environment very uncomfortable. The reception area was also in terrible condition. The carpet was soaked, and when I asked about it, I was told the upstairs bathroom leaks through the walls. Sure enough, the walls in the lobby were covered in mold, and there was more mold under the AC unit. My room was no better—there was mold in the bathroom, the TV didn’t work (the screen even said service was disconnected due to non-payment), and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. This hotel is unsafe, unsanitary, and not worth the money. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Dodged a bullet! They wouldn't let me stay due to their "50-MILE POLICY" but I was so glad I didn't actually sleep here. What a gross and horrible place! I gladly went across the street to Best Western with full hot breakfast included.
I reserved and paid for this place with an online 3rd party. The price was low and my disabled son and I were EXHAUSTED. Just to let the public know: The hotel policy if that if your physical address is within 50 mi radius of this hotel you cannot stay there. When I asked the clerk why, he told me that because if we live within 50 miles and we're checking into a hotel that means we're homeless and the owner doesn't want homeless people there. I told him ' I suggest you let your manager know that not only is your policy discriminatory, it's offensive. You should let him know that discrimination is illegal." I let him know my son's health is bad and he had the NERVE to tell me to let him take his meds outside, as, since he's "homeless", he should be used to it. I will never, EVER spend another dime there.
Sad I didn’t even get to check in because they charge you 35$ to check you in a bit early traveling 15 plus hours wanted to get in rooms that were ready but because the clock didn’t say 3 they wouldn’t let me check in with out that fee on top that sucks .personally I wouldn’t recommend it it’s all about service and if they’re not willing to accommodate you ,especially if you’re traveling! Says a lot about who owns and who manages this property. do better guys !
