I'd recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to travel between north of Denver downtown and south of Longmont. Very lovely hotel. Nice staff. The building is new so the style is very fresh and inviting. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry room. In-house dining. Very spacious lounge area on the first floor to hang out with fellow guests or sit with local friends and family. Closs to hospital. Places to eat just inside the same place. The hotel is a mile away trom the outlet mall and a half mile from the interstate. It's a straight shot in from i-25.

Great location! Stayed here for work in which I had to drive all over including to Fort Collins and Boulder and the drive wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean, service was great and ample parking!!! My favorite part.

Our stay was excellent as always. Especially over Christmas, the staff was so polite and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the breakfast down at the cafe was great!

We stayed here 2 months on an insurance stay due to water damage at our condo. It is one of only two "No Pet" hotels left in our immediate area which was critical to us because of my wife's severe allergies to dogs and cats. The housekeepers were excellent and the front desk staff were good to excellent. The people handling the Bistro restaurant day to day in the evening were nice as well, but the Bistro itself is overpriced and the menu limited. We never ate breakfast there. The room we had was small for such a long stay, but it was clean and adequate. Marriott has cut some corners in the room design and what some designer thinks looks good is not necessarily functional. The rooms have a walk in shower -- no tub. This could be a problem if you have young kids you're expecting to bathe. They have a tiny pool, but a decent hot tub. The laundry room is nice once you figure out how to use it. There aren't really much instructions about it and it's best if you download the suggested app to run the washers and dryers from your cell phone with Bluetooth. The workout area is pretty good for a small hotel. The best part of this hotel is the location next to a center full of eating places from The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Snooze, Smashburger, Noodles & CO, Chick-Fil-A plus a few more. There's an upscale shopping center across the big street (144th) with additional eating places and shops. We ate 3-4 times a week at the Greek restaurant because the food was very good, mostly healthier, and the staff friendly. We'd stay there again for a shorter stay if we didn't live just 7 miles away. But you can't beat the location if your business is anywhere on the north side or in Denver itself.

Great stay. Comfortable bed & room temp. Spacious bathroom, with a nicer shower than most. Requested a room on the top floor & they accommodated it. Place was quiet & I really didn’t hear road noise. I would recommend.

I've stayed at this property a few times and am pleased with the services. I am particular about where I stay because of allergies, especially to mold and dust, and to be honest, most hotels scare me for these reasons! What I, as an indoor-air-quality-conscious consumer, appreciate about this property are the individual heat/AC units in each room, rather than a property-wide ductwork system, which are prone to dust and mold. I always check the filters when I arrive to make sure they are clean, and they always have been. The windows in the room open a few inches, which allows for some outdoor air flow. The carpets don't feel wet (which I've experienced in other hotels), and the bathrooms have been clean. I am also sensitive to fragrance and have never had an issue with any cleaning products used here. Specifically on the bathrooms, it's clear they have been renovated recently, and I appreciate the following touches: glass doors that encapsulate the entire shower stall (rather than those partial panes of glass where water gets everywhere!), a ledge for leg shaving, a carved-out cubby within the shower wall that stays dry and where one can put a phone for podcast listening while showering, and a continuously running exhaust fan (not loud) that ensures too much moisture won't build up during showers. These are the issues most important to my well-being, so that's why I report them here so others with similar concerns can be informed. (4 stars for the location, because although it's close to the highway and retail/restaurants, there's not much nature in the immediate vicinity, like a neighborhood park. Just a lot of asphalt and capitalism!)
