Room i was in was dirty, toilet didn't work. I asked for it to be fixed while I was out and I came back to it almost flooding the bathroom, had to scoop water from toilet into shower so it didnt overflow. I used the bathroom maybe 3 times over 3 nights. Hotel is nice and quiet around this area. Staff is nice tbf, but nothing got done for me as far as the room/ bathroom issue. Bedsheets stained and crusty at some parts.

What a pleasant surprise! This hotel is a diamond in the rough. From start to finish the staff of the comfort suites Denver North greeted me with smiles. Throughout my stay. All of the front desk staff seem to have the ability to make you feel like you were number one at all times. I would do it all over again and I recommend that you do the same. Go Experience for yourself!

This place is right in the middle of a more volatile part of the area. Many of the hotels around are poor quality service and nightmarish to stay at. This used to be one of them but i think they are under new management or ownership and they are really working hard to turn the place around and they are achieving success in my honest opinion. They have really found a way to be welcoming and inclusive without sacrficing quality and safety. Very personable and very kind they made me feel like i was family and attended to my every need. Theres a terrible la quinta across the street from here which i wrote a review about how it deserves 0 stars. Its amazing how much difference can be found in such a small space and proximity. The other hotels around here should look to comfort suites as an example of what defines hospitality and professionalism.

Fantastic place for a stay. Front desk is super nice and helpful. Nicely appointed and comfortable rooms. Wish they had rooms with a larger refrigerator. Maid service is a little slow but you can get past that. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Amazing help from the front desk on 11/15/25 late at night from our receptionist. She was very upfront and advised me not to continue my drive to Arkansas due to the deer being out and about on the freeway. My Dad wanted to stop to stay for the night, and I wanted to carry on. I tried to continue and turned right back around after seeing the damage deer does out here! Came back and stayed in for the night. I appreciate her for warning me of local issues driving at night, and she did us all a favor. Great hotel. Would come back the next time passing through.

TLDR: drunken & hostile front desk attendant. I only review places that deserve it which naturally results in the vast majority of my reviews being 5 stars. However I found myself recalling the awful experience I had and realized the gentleman working the front desk on the evening (8:45-9:00pm) on Monday October 13th deserves it. I'll be the first to admit that the last 6 months of my life have been rough and unfortunately have led to me moving out of the state. Through no one's fault other than my own I spent most of those 6 months living in motels and sparingly off the kindness of friends on their couches. This experience (bar none) was the worst I had in any of the 10+ motels I've seen this year. With a plan to leave the state on the 15th using literally all of the money that I had to do so I found myself without a place to stay those final 48 hours. A family member made a reservation for me at this motel. I arrived and was treated as if I were a fool and a vagrant by a man that REEKED of vodka and spoke in a dazed and drunken manner. At first the man told me that he didn't have a reservation for me, then after multiple minutes he told me that they did have a reservation for me, but that it was for 10/15-10/17. He told me that I needed to rebook. Totally fair. At this point I honestly didn't care about the obvious drunkenness. I left the lobby and went back to my car to figure out what was wrong. After speaking with the person that booked the motel I was given a confirmation number and a screenshot of the booking. My family member offered to speak with the front desk on my behalf to help find a resolution. So I returned and asked if he could look me up by the confirmation number. Without taking the number he told me that I don't have a reservation. I then asked the man to take a call from the booker of the room in order to figure this out. Here's why you're getting a review. You refused to do this asking me what I thought that would achieve. Idk man, maybe getting checked in? After an infuriating back and forth was demanded (not asked) to step behind the counter where the man had me spell my name out to him letter by letter while he typed it in. Side note: the aroma of straight vodka was strong enough to make me gag. After spelling out my name to him he then asks me if to double check the spelling before hitting enter on the search. He then said, "Are any of these you?" as smugly as he could muster. This search yielded no results for my name which led me to question him as he had earlier stated that I did have a reservation on 10/15. He had no response, as in he just stared at me with glassy eyes and go mute. I can only assume he was in such a state of drunkenness that he was literally unable to see straight and confused a reservation with another as the first 2 letters of our name match, but are significantly different in pronunciation and length. Again, I know this as the man forced me to come behind the desk and allowed me to see all of their upcoming reservation information. He then goes on to tell me that it's against their policy to allow other parties to make reservations for people in the first place. Cool! Great to know. You could have told me this 45 minutes ago when I walked in stating a family member had made a reservation for me. The words to describe the disdain and disrespect he demonstrated here are difficult to express other than to say he did everything in his power to be infantilizing. Truly all of this would have been a non issue to me. Some people get a thrill on belittling and disrespecting others as they have little command of their own life. However to do it all while going out of his way to be a inhospitable and dare I say hostile ON TOP of being clearly intoxicated was too much. Wish I had gotten your name, but this happened between 8:45-9:00pm on October 13th so I don't really need it. Rooms 5* because I've stayed in this exact motel previously. Location 5* as Westminster/Broomfield are phenomenal commuter hubs to get most anywhere in the front range and beyond.

I’ve been all over the country and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was horrible rude. I booked a king suite to show up and be told that no king suites were available. The room was then disgusting. Stains on the sheets, hair in the sink, shower, and fridge, cracks in every tile in the bathroom, exposed electrical wire (which is just a hazard). Then every night you come home, there is homeless people everywhere. Infront at the gas station, behind the building by a shipping container, and infront of the building sleeping under the trees. Do not stay at this place you will be 100% disappointed. And if you think you could get a refund or your money back, think again, all they did was deny deny deny. Well, I’ve attached picture proof. Don’t stay here

The room was very clean, looks like they remodeled recently. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The young lady who checked me in is very knowledgeable and courteous I was in Denver for a week and had com from another hotel which was a negative stars review. She understood my frustration at switching hotels mid vacation. I was in Denver on personal business and she was a great help with information I asked for that would've taken me a lot more time to research
