My job reserved these rooms for 5 of us and we're all having the same issues. We work construction and would at least like our towels and sheets changed every 3 days, but it's not happening and we go to the front desk that have an attitude. The job has literally paid thousands for us to be here for for a month an a half. POOR POOR SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK STAFF.

Place is clean and quite. I have stayed a few time in the last few weeks. Only complaint, the hot breakfast is always the same thing with those powdered eggs, plastic sausages and feista potatoes. Just wish they would change it up. Those powdered eggs are flat out gross.

The room was very comfortable and well laid out. There was plenty of free parking. Restaurants were less than a half mile away. The complimentary breakfast was what I have become accustomed to. It was varied, nutritious and self serve/prepare. For the price and location, it was fine.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The service is friendly, thoughtful, and very welcoming. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

When I called to verify my reservation and ask a question I spoke with Shannon who was polite and very helpful. She assured our 2 rooms would be next to each other and that our arrival time would not be an issue. One of the rooms however had an issue with the TV and I was pretty upset that I would have to move rooms. Simple things like this should be checked before a guest is to check into the rooms.

Shannon is always so helpful and very friendly and a hard worker. She anticipates our needs very well. We are overall very happy!

My overall stay was as expected. Rooms clean big and comfy. The pool was extremely cold so couldn't enjoy. Coyotes roam at night so be aware. Shanon at desk helped me use the guest computer and was patient with me and got me extra amenities with no problem.

Everything was really nice and felt very safe very convenient. Alex on the second shift was amazing. Very sweet and caring. Great to talk to you. Definitely recommend her.

The young lady Shannon at the front desk has went above and beyond during my 1 night stay. She always greated me with a smile and acknowledged me. My only negative is the breakfast not enough fruit options.

Nice and easy check in. Rooms was hot throughout the night as well, Room was not the cleanest I found a floss pic right in the center of the room and the shower didn’t look so clean. One thing that really bothered me is how rude the woman was who runs the breakfast. She is like an angry woman I saw a couple of people encounter her rudeness. She literally turned off the lights on the guest who were still serving the breakfast for themselves and had us all in the dark. She was aggressively cleaning up and was so disrespectful. She looks like a mad woman not even a crack of a smile. Ok I get we may not like our jobs but we pay to stay here and to get treated like that was so messed up!
