Beds super soft, good location, stayed 4 nights, decent breakfast options from eggs/sausage to typical pastries and cereals. Also fresh fruit and Belgian waffles. Room was clean, but closet had a smell to it, so did a few areas in the hall. Fresh linens and towels are not brought up each days and rooms are not tended to until you leave.

Very disappointed in the two Queen bed se sweet I was told by corporate customer service that they had a two-bed queen suite that slept 7 and it was like a separate room well there's no separate room it's just a half a wall and I was also placed right by the front desk like two feet away and I have a service animal who when he's not working is a little bit reactive to noise and the elevator was right here going all night it was very disturbing and I addressed these issues right when I very first got to the property like I was supposed to try to take it up with the hotel property and he was very unhelpful and unwilling 2 accommodate to my very little requests and my disappointment in the lack of sweets and that they have here they say every room we have is a suite at comfort suite well I didn't get a specific two-bed Queen suite to have a half room that doesn't even have a separate room I was looking to have four people here and we all need a little bit of privacy that's the whole point of getting the room I guess next time I'll book two rooms if I ever booked with them again . So the lack of hotel from the front desk I immediatelyI called the corporate within 10 minutes of being checked in. they said that they don't address the issue while I'm in house that I have to address issues with the hotel property I told him I did and that the issues were not gonna be addressed. I asked to speak to the corporate guest relations supervisor he refused to transfer me to any supervisor or give me to anybody else to talk to. Mind u the last time I had a problem I waited to check out to address my issues and was told by the coprate people because I did not address my issues while I was there and checked in with the hotel that they weren't going to help me either.i been a choice member since 2007 and I don't feel they care about trying to make this issues better I am so disappointed with the service. And the lack of customer service what happened to the customer is always right and that they value our business it just seems nowadays are so quick to deny you or argue with you or just throw you over their shoulder like it's nothing they're like we're very glad to have you as a loyal choice member blah blah blah know they're not cuz if they were they were compensate me with some points or a free stay or something because this is just not right

My job reserved these rooms for 5 of us and we're all having the same issues. We work construction and would at least like our towels and sheets changed every 3 days, but it's not happening and we go to the front desk that have an attitude. The job has literally paid thousands for us to be here for for a month an a half. POOR POOR SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK STAFF.

I'm super confused by some of these negative reviews. This place was great all around. Room was clean and very new. Breakfast was good. Your typical free hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, muffins, fruit, etc. The staff kept the breakfast full despite the hotel being 100% full. No issues at all. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very easy on and of the HWY. Great location. Overall enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

Place is clean and quite. I have stayed a few time in the last few weeks. Only complaint, the hot breakfast is always the same thing with those powdered eggs, plastic sausages and feista potatoes. Just wish they would change it up. Those powdered eggs are flat out gross.

The room was very comfortable and well laid out. There was plenty of free parking. Restaurants were less than a half mile away. The complimentary breakfast was what I have become accustomed to. It was varied, nutritious and self serve/prepare. For the price and location, it was fine.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The service is friendly, thoughtful, and very welcoming. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

When I called to verify my reservation and ask a question I spoke with Shannon who was polite and very helpful. She assured our 2 rooms would be next to each other and that our arrival time would not be an issue. One of the rooms however had an issue with the TV and I was pretty upset that I would have to move rooms. Simple things like this should be checked before a guest is to check into the rooms.

Shannon is always so helpful and very friendly and a hard worker. She anticipates our needs very well. We are overall very happy!

My overall stay was as expected. Rooms clean big and comfy. The pool was extremely cold so couldn't enjoy. Coyotes roam at night so be aware. Shanon at desk helped me use the guest computer and was patient with me and got me extra amenities with no problem.
