Century Casino & Hotel Central City offers a casino experience with varying levels of satisfaction. Recent reviews highlight positive experiences with service and gaming, but also point to issues with customer service responsiveness, outdated gaming options, and potential billing discrepancies. Overall, the property seems to be struggling to maintain consistent quality across all aspects of the guest experience.
No table games, you have to manually connect the internet to the TV and the pillows were flat. Otherwise, convenient parking, clean/comfortable room with great shower temperature and pressure. The staff was very friendly.
This is the best overall casino for fun. Has the best menu for food and the service staff especially a lady named Rae is such a nice person.
My truck got hit in their parking garage. I called them twice to get help reviewing their cameras to help me get a description of the vehicle and a plate number. Blew me off both times or their just too lazy to help. Nice to know how much they care about their customers. My husband and I were regulars at the casino but after this, we will not step foot there again.
Unfortunately they got rid of their live dealers and tables and replaced them with video tables. The only reason we used to go to century was for the quiet tables upstairs, with actual windows and real people to interact with.
The only reason I am not giving them a higher rating is because the past 2-3 years I literally will drop $300-400, and only get 1 bonus the whole time I'm there. Every single time!!
The waitress Nicole.. was the worst ever. So rude, does not get orders right overprice, so slow . I don't know why she is still working there. They need to fire her asap. She needs go.. she make the century look so bad..
Kevin from Mid City Grill had the best service! He was very friendly and patient with us when we were ordering. He gave us recommendations and made small talk as well. We definitely enjoyed our meal and the service he provided!
Brought a group to this casino for a fundraiser, and it was an amazing experience. Working with the casino representative Danielle through the process, the day's hostess Mykal, and the customer service was extraordinary. I would also rate the floor service and wait staff along with the menu at a 100%. Also, the machines were very giving, a few of my group came back with more than they took with them. I plan to use them again. Terry Monroe Longmont, CO
Caution to all, I experienced a bait and switch at this hotel. We arrived after dark. This hotel is on top of a smallish casino. Not knowing about parking, we entered at ground floor level. To access the check in you take an escalator up and have to walk through the entire casino to find the check in which process most of the player business and hotel registration. The rate I booked wasn't the rate charged. Turns out the confirmation, which I didn't review, revealed a different rate than I was quoted during the booking process. Parking is a different entrance, but the elevator to rooms requires reentering the casino. Rooms were okay and quiet. I'm pretty certain I was charged $20 to $30 more than what I thought I booked. BEWARE and check your confirmation email.
