A newer hotel located amongst a plethora of corporate eateries. A Whole Foods is 1/3 mile away and a Kings Soopers is 3/4 mile. The hotel is quiet and I was able to get a ground floor room which was nice since I traveled with my two dogs. The only glitch was that the turntable in the microwave didn't work.

I stayed on an extended stay basis everyone’s super nice and helpful, the guy at the front desk helped us so much! However there were no rules explained to us at check in, no the laundry is free no the dog pee and poop spot is over here no communication about the cupboard and how they charge mondays and then treated me like it was my fault and threatened to kick us out early if we couldn’t pay the cupboard fees on time, while here I also over heard the manager telling a customer who wanted a refund that they just felt bad for her and was very rude the whole interaction, made me very uncomfortable… I understand paying ur debt but we never got told it was charged Monday, no check in sheet nothing. There’s also been glass bottles and broken glass in the of the building despite being made aware of the dangers of it. Despite that you have trash service and the rooms are VERY spacious they have fully stocked kitchens with pans pots glasses etc comfy beds it’s in a GREAT area tons of food options just a few feet away, shopping kohls Sephora and a kings Soopers and Walmart down the road! They have free bbq grills u can use as well.

I spent a week at Candlewood Suites Longmont and it was exactly what I needed for an extended stay. The full kitchen was helpful, and the in-room workspace became my command center for getting work done throughout the week. The staff was friendly and helpful, the laundry facilities were convenient, and the overall functionality of the suite made it feel less like a hotel stay and more like a comfortable, well-equipped home base. Candlewood Suites is an ideal choice for anyone needing a reliable extended stay option in the Longmont area.

SERIOUSLY!....do not wait....REPLACE the top mattresses today....order them now... too soft.. too lumpy....to old.....the hotel is great...rooms are large.... but we stay for a night sleep....The mattress is the MOST important.....crazy ridiculous.......call. before you book to ensure new mattresses are installed

This is the worst hotel ever. I had a bad experience on a work trip a year back and we thought we would let it go and give it another shot. This time around they have outdone themselves. Their front desk staff was visibly sick and was not even wearing a mask. When we mentioned that we are immunocompromised and would like to cancel our stay, the women said she just has a stuffy nose. She then went ahead to say I will cancel and check you out but won’t give you a refund. Even after pleading and requesting several times, she kept being adamant about it. We reached out to booking.com through whom we had booked and even they requested to them for a refund out of courtesy and decency. We then reached out to their sister hotel Holiday Inn who were also happy to give us a discounted rate for the night after listening to our troubles and were amazed that candlewood suites were being so less accommodating. Never staying here again and definitely won’t recommend this to anyone. It’s amazing to see even after the pandemic, people and businesses are so least worried about human value. If you are sick (even with a stuffy nose), stay home or at the very least wear a mask! PERIOD

This place is my home away from home! This is one of the top 6 cleanest hotels at which I have ever stayed (in the world). There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the Candlewood Suites in Longmont. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have something amiss...here, there are no dings, missing caulk, broken hinges, broken appliances, burnt out bulbs...just nothing. EVERYTHING works perfectly! The lovely AC/heater unit does not 'hwonk' on and off; it purrs smoothly, and the air is fresh - there is no stinky, bitter smell. All the plumbing works - no backed up drains. Hot water is alway responsive (quick to arrive) and plentiful. The bathroom is immaculate. I have NEVER found a hair or crumb of any sort in the bathroom. There is a small kitchenette - equipped; offering coffee and popcorn. In the guest 'pantry' one may purchase snacks, grab ice, have a fresh brewed coffee, or procure laundry detergent! And there is free laundry center right next to the workout room. By the way, there's a 'pet' washer too! The staff is gracious and helpful - they have helped me with special reservations to laundry exchange and refreshing supplies on request! I feel safe with this crew - there are many hotels that leave one with a sense of nervousness and mistrust, but NOT the Candlewood Suites. I know that my room is safe. I have stayed here about 6 times in the past year, and each room and experience has been superb, and there has never EVER been any problem of any kind. Breakfast is not included, but there are restaurants within 400 feet, and hotel guests are given a discount at about 20 of them! The walls are thick, and offer privacy and quietness. I full heartedly recommend the Candlewood Suites!

We got into town really early and they were great at getting us in to a room right away! Staff was extremely friendly, I believe Dorothy helped us. Room is clean and the window is even open some to allow us to take in the beautiful mountain air!

Great location and decent rooms for the cost. Definitely bring your own Lysol wipes and I would NOT recommend if you’re planning on using the couch sofa bed. Uncomfortable and the mattress was dirty. Great staff and location. Over all would recommend for the value. Would stay again if I needed a budget friendly hotel. Housekeeping is every 3-7th day and self service laundry is free.
