Terrific place to stay. Immaculate hotel from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet yet close to highway. Convenient location - close to Boulder and Denver. Very pet friendly with plenty of places to walk our dog. There was even a walking/bike trail within a block. The front desk clerk, Alexandria was so welcoming and helpful the night we arrived. She even opened the front doors for us to help us get the luggage cart in. We stayed two nights. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in over the past ten years.

I was so happy with everything about my stay at this Best Western. Above and beyond Customer service and little extra perks like cookies and a gift bag for members make a lot of difference. Alexandria at the front desk was the most pleasant and informative I have ever encountered! The breakfast was great and nice and hot. I don’t have anything bad to say about any of it!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is very comfortable and convenient to Boulder -- at a price that is often less than half of what you would pay for a hotel in Boulder. The staff is very kind -- shout out to front desk assistant Alexandra! Pretty good breakfast bar as well

every one at the front desk were exceptional people, especially Alexandra. we came into town to meet relatives and our hotel in boulder had canceled our 4 room, 3 night stay because of a power outage. i called this best western and Alexandra immediately booked 4 rooms for me and said she would take our info when we got there. when we got there she was quick and efficient and very sweet to us on a very stressful night. Everyone else at the front desk were equally nice and helpful and I'm certain would have helped us in the same manner as it seems the standards at the property are first rate. This property has a wonderful welcoming breakfast space that is also a gathering space where our family gathered nightly to play games and visit. We saw a couple of other families doing the same at other times.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. the staff was absolutely amazing! My family and I were treated as if we were family by ALL of the staff there, best customer service we've had at any hotel and we've stayed at very high end hotels. super clean, and great breakfast.11/10 do recommend!!

All of the staff was nothing short of amazing! The GM went above & beyond to accommodate us! Jeremy was sooo sooo kind & took very great care of us during the entirety of our stay! Mark was also super personable & great to us. Can’t say enough good things about all of the staff & this hotel in general. Super clean rooms, breakfast is great, nice little gym!

This hotel was great and I will definitely stay here again. Everything about this hotel screamed cleanliness, including the breakfast area that served the amazing free breakfast! And hats off to the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff as they do a fantastic job! Thank you!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It is situated in a location not far from Boulder which is perfect for us and lots of eateries nearby. This is by far my most favorite BW hotel. The colors are soft, muted and beautiful. The lobby is quite nice and hallways smell pleasant. The front desk workers are very professional and greet you with a friendly smile. From what I've noticed during the one week that we stayed here, the hotel is very well maintained. The workers do a good job of keeping everything impeccable. Our room was very clean and towels and bedding smelled so beautiful. I don't know what detergent they use but it reminds me of a baby smell. The ladies are always busy in the laundry room. We requested to have only our bathroom cleaned, but they did the entire room which we appreciated. The cleaning crew are the backbone of the hotel business. Thank you so much.
