I can't enough good things about this hotel!! We arrived after a long day on the road, and the front desk clerk, E, could see we were tired, and he got us checked in right away. He was very courteous, warm, welcoming and he told us about the promo to get a free snack upon completion of the survey. I liked the "welcome" text I got the day were drove out. It made me feel like I like I was a valued guest at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. The beds were comfy. I appreciated that the maids did not use an overly strong fragrance spray in the room, as that triggers my allergies. Sometimes I'm hesitant to shower in a hotel bathroom because it looks dingy. This one was very clean! I was in a room at the end of the hall and there were no loud noises outside my room late at night, nor early in the morning. The hot tub was a tad too hot, but that's just a personal prefer. The breakfast was very good both mornings!

Here 5 days visiting my children and family! I have had several trips and usually stay at another hotel in the area but decided to try here due to price. I was very happy with the room and service. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. I did use the small gym as well. Esteban was very friendly at check in and throughout my stay. I had a slow flushing toilet and it was taken care of right away! Thanks for everything!

Be warned that if you do not enforce police support for rowdy and threatening situations, this hotel is not interested in your comfort and satisfaction. I stayed for 6 nights for a work trip and enjoyed a pleasant weekend prior to the week. The guests next door M-Th were absolutely unruly. Every single night, there was yelling, thrashing and absurdity that disrupted my sleep. (I’m talking very threatening tones and language.) Shame on me, I made no complaints, at one point I simply pounded on the wall a few times (maybe they didn’t realize they were so disruptive since they sounded intoxicated or otherwise in an altered state.) The final straw during my last night, I was awakened around 1AM to screaming and thuds. No sooner had I got out of bed to phone the desk, my room phone rang. I immediately answered to advise the front desk that they were calling the wrong room, but soon discovered that my neighbors were phoning me to make threats. I hung up and phoned the front desk, FURIOUS. I’m a woman, traveling alone. How DARE you? I was checking out the next day and opted NOT to phone police immediately. (Do not make my mistake here.) As soon as I hung up with the front desk, LOUD knocks on my door. ALL of this I fully relayed to the woman at the front desk the following morning, and she advised me of some very odd things with said guests. The point being that she told me she could not make offers to refund or remedy my complaints and she would have suggested that I call the police had she been on duty in the night. Fine. I emailed the address on my receipt only to be completely dismissed for the entire event. Long and short is if you do choose to stay here-the room was great, things were clean, the front desk folks were pleasant enough, food was fine. But this response and service is completely unacceptable and I would never stay here again.

We had a great stay at this Best Western! Esteban at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, both at check-in and our second night! We couldn't really hear our "neighbors" in our room, it was clean on arrival, and the ac worked well. The shower has great pressure with nice body care products. The included hot breakfast was awesome - we made our own waffles both mornings with no wait, the proteins were good, they had farm fresh yogurt with toppings and plenty of other items like coffee and so forth. Parking was ample and it's at a great location by the highway. We were able to drive to the Rocky Mountains in an hour, which I appreciate the small drive because I needed extra time to acclimate to the elevation coming from a sea level location, and it was great to come down to under 5,000ft at the hotel after a day in the park which was much higher. The also have a nice indoor pool and hot tub we didn't have time to take advantage of but it wasn't crowded when we checked it out. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back!

Stayed here recently and had a really good experience overall. The location is perfect—just off the highway but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxed. There are plenty of food options and gas stations nearby, which made everything super convenient while traveling. The breakfast was a standout. They had a great variety including biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, and sausages, and it was nice that they switched things up each day. There were also cereals, yogurt, and a waffle machine, so there was something for everyone. Cleanliness was excellent too. Both the dining area and the rooms were very well maintained and felt fresh. We did have one small issue with the room keys deactivating themselves, which was a bit frustrating, but staff mentioned they’re updating the system next month, so it sounds like that will be sorted soon. Really appreciated the flat screen TV with Netflix and YouTube access—great for winding down at night. Overall, a great stay and we’ll definitely be back. PS, hot tub was great!

From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was quick, easy, and hassle-free. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. Jeremiah made everything simple and smooth, truly demonstrating excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel and especially commend Jeremiah for his exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction!

I had a great experience staying at Best Western. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient, and the amenities were exactly what I needed. Perfect location right off the highway but still quiet. Room smelled super clean and was super clean. Esteban was so welcoming when I checked in and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Jennifer greeted me with a friendly smile in the morning! Breakfast options were limited but I still left satisfied!

Rooms are cramped and small. Especially for 3 adults in a 2 queen bed room. The bathroom is crammed into the section next to the mini fridge & the microwave. Idk about you but I don't wanna smell shit while I'm trying to make food. There aren't any outlet's in our room except for the lamp which has 2 spots on it. Its a double queen size room, why is it so poorly optimized? Its meant to hold 4 people. The breakfast is okay, I guess. The hot food isn't hot. My ham is ice cold despite it sitting in a warmer. The butter that is supposed to melt onto your waffles is frozen and doesn't spread well if really much at all. Writing this review while waiting for my butter to melt manually. We haven't slept yet because we got here at 5am (while moving cross country & too tired to continue forward) and still had to pay full price for a room only to be told we have to be out at 9am. Its 7am as im writing this review and I can't even eat my breakfast yet. I probably won't even get to sleep & we paid over $100 for this room. Ridiculous imo. The only decent things about this place is that they don't discriminate against pets. Cats & dogs & even birds. The rooms themselves are cleanly. The decor is nice here in the lobby. Very cozy feeling. Just too bad the rooms don't measure up.

We cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and Skyla. Both were so incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent customer service. The hotel was clean and comfortable, many breakfast options. Overall pleasant experience.
