I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, but it was pretty disappointing. The room felt a bit worn down and wasn't as clean as I was hoping for when I arrived. It was also quite noisy in the hallways at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff were okay, but overall the experience didn't really meet the expectations I usually have for a place like this.

This is a really nice property with lots of wonderful amenities. The pricing is right on for what is offered. The rooms have a modern feel to them and the keurig machines are a nice plus. The water pressure was very weak for my personal preference. I highly recommend a mountain view! There is also a nice pool and hot tub.

From the moment I walked in, Jasmine set the tone for my entire stay. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like a welcome guest rather than just another check-in. Her energy at the front desk was infectious professional without being stiff, friendly without being over the top. She handled everything smoothly and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. People like Jasmine are the reason guests come back. She’s an absolute asset to the Aloft Westminster team, and I hope management recognizes just how much she elevates the guest experience. Outstanding doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Nice, quiet facility. We got there too late, and checked out too late to check out the on-site amenities, so I can't comment on them. The room was quiet and cozy. The layout is kind of different from other places I've stayed - kind of hard to describe... more wide than deep. My only complaint, is the "room occupied" air conditioning. Uses a motion sensor... well, when youre sleeping there is no motion. All told. Ill definitely be staying here again!

Everything is stellar about the hotel. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and the accomodations are stellar. Unfortunately everything is overridden by my experience and my corporate teams experience this morning. The hot water was not working and I had to take a cold shower defeating the exception experience otherwise. When checking out and letting the front desk know, he stated he was tracking and would let the team know. Then he proceeded to ask me where should I send the receipt....... really a huge miss on customer hospitality. Do better.

I travel all the time for work and use different brands and hotels. Everything was great with my stay, except for the fact that I was signed up for a membership without my knowledge. When i checked out, the front desk agent asked me to verify some information with him concerning an account issue. It turns out, I was signed up for a membership before I even arrived at the hotel. Management needs to fix this issue. Other then that, my stay was perfect! Housekeeping was amazing and the agent who discovered the issue. If Marriott can fix the internal issues, this hotel can be amazing!!

What a great hotel! Nice amenities, comfy beds, and very quite. Tons of shopping, bars and restaurants within a short walk. Brandon was very friendly and accommodating checking me in. The bar is very reasonably priced and Cole was a great bartender. Easily one of the best hotels in the Denver Metro.

Outstanding service and comfort. Was told coffee was served at 630. Went down the first morning and it was out at 6. Second morning was down at 530 and the gal asked if I was waiting for coffee. I said yes and she stopped what she was doing to get the coffee out for me. Will certainly it be coming back!! Thanks you!

I needed a hotel in a pinch due to issues at my house, booked the room same day, called and got it confirmed. The representative at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I believe her name was Jasmine. Very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable during this rough time. Thank you!!

Best bartender in the Bonvoy network! Great fitness center, rooms are typical Aloft style. So many great places to walk to for dinner, especially Windfall Brewing!
