We recently celebrated our wedding at this hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations as a venue. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to every detail with professionalism and warmth. The event spaces were beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfectly suited for our special day! The catering from Eduin and his staff was exceptional! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the delicious food and delightful drinks. The hotel’s coordination team ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without worry. Eduin was so incredible and accommodated all my guests' needs and my special requests! Our guests also appreciated the comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities. Many remarked on how relaxing it was to stay on-site, making the weekend feel like a true celebration. Martina was a wonderful addition to our wedding planning and did such a great job communicating and problem-solving! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding venue. Their dedication and service truly made our wedding magical.

The rooms and pricing were fine, but I was double-charged and resolving it required multiple unanswered calls and a credit card dispute. At checkout, I specifically asked whether the two amounts showing on my card were a double charge, and I was told no it was a charge and hold. I also requested a receipt and was told it could only be emailed, which was never sent. The “restaurant” is misleading, it’s essentially hot dogs and chicken tenders, despite signage that suggests something more upscale. Because of the billing issue, poor communication, and overall hassle, I won’t be staying here again.

Booked 2 nights for a weekend away. I do give credit that the room itself is clean and housekeeping does a great job with daily cleaning, making the bed and leaving fresh towels, that’s where it ends. There are no ice machines you have to get ice from the front desk, no microwaves in the rooms. The tv should connect to streaming services but ours wouldn’t, they moved us rooms and the same thing happened in the new room. Front desk sent someone up and the guy had to switch out the whole cable box panel with a new one. When I mentioned this to the front desk he stated no one else has had this issue, that’s weird, you’re telling me both rooms you put us in are the only two rooms with broken tvs.

We are having a great stay while visiting family in town. The general manager Mr. Kerr took the time to make sure we and our Frenchie dog had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again since it is so convenient.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I booked and paid for a king room for three nights, but what we got was a complete disaster from start to finish. • At check-in, we were offered a double queen instead of the king we reserved and paid for. When I mentioned this, they magically had a king. • The first king room (501) had a broken, leaking shower seal that flooded the bathroom. When maintenance came, the man was verbally aggressive toward my wife, not knowing I was also in the room; absolutely unacceptable behavior from any staff member. • We were moved to a second room (503), which had no working AC. Maintenance came again(the same man although they told my crying wife they would send someone else), “fixed” it, but it never blew cold air. • Finally, we were moved to a third room (514) not only was it another double queen instead of a king, but the fridge didn’t work either. This hotel clearly does not care about honoring reservations, maintaining their rooms, or treating guests with respect. Three different rooms, three problems, and a staff member who was aggressive toward my wife. Absolutely disgraceful. Spend your money at a different Marriott property. To be transparent: they refunded us for the first day, which didn’t seem like enough to compensate for the behavior towards my wife and lack of care for the situation. The man who moved us to the third room was kind enough to double check the room before putting us in there to make sure it was good to go which we found really nice and reassuring.

Titanium member - would not stay at this location again, based on staff Pros The rooms were clean, and I felt that housekeeping did a very good job with fresh towels and turn down service. The shower was great, always had hot water, and good shampoo and conditioner, available. The rooms were a little on the small side, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV was large and new and had great functionality with all the streaming apps. There was a really good market and they offered coffee complementary throughout the day. There was also a Starbucks around the block. Cons Here’s why I would not stay here again The front desk staff, as I interacted with three of them, we’re mostly incompetent. The one younger gentleman was definitely high and had no clue in regards to simple processes, and could not answer any of my questions. The tall woman with the accent was hard to understand, and although she was extremely pleasant and eager to please, it was a little difficult to interact with her. The third front desk, staff member the young shorter girl was able to give immediate answers, and was quite helpful, but there was a line so I did not want to take up her time. Also the bartender/ bar service was mediocre at best Nothing remarkable about this hotel and the staff/ service makes this location a “no go “ for me Also, it was promised that there would be water in the room and there was not. I arrived on a late flight and I did not want to go downstairs to get water
