The Hampton Inn Longmont consistently receives excellent reviews, particularly praising its friendly and accommodating staff, including dedicated front desk employees like Lou and Darleena. Guests frequently highlight the high-quality breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms, with a rotating menu and upscale touches like blanket folding. While some rooms can be noisy due to location, the overall experience is highly positive.
Had a little one night get away with my partner and had such a great experience at this hotel! Rooms were fantastic - clean, stocked, cozy, comfortable and with a great view of the mountains. The pool was nice as well as the fitness center and the breakfast... The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Usually you get maybe some fruit and finger foods, possibly some orange juice... Not only did they have other juices on top of orange juice, they do a FULL breakfast. Omelettes, potatoes, sausage (outstanding!), fruit, yogurt, the list goes on and on. The staff was so friendly and helped us with anything we needed or had questions about. I also loved the lemon water they had in the lobby! Overall 10/10 experience and we will be coming back! Thank you for such a great stay!
I've worked hospitality for 13 years, I like to think I know hotels. This is one of the best I've seen! Excellent service, quality of rooms is top notch, and the free breakfast is one of the best I've had the privilege of enjoying, not just in hotels. Be proud, you're running an excellent place here!
My partner and I have stayed here many times, it’s a good spot that is always available for us even at late hours. The front desk woman, Lou, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable for a short stay, but her service at the front desk alone was enough for us to keep coming back. You’re awesome, Lou. Darleena (also a wonderful front desk woman) is honorable mention who has made an impact on our stays with her service and helpfulness. These women rock.
Not a lot of hotels in Longmont. We stayed here for one night. Staff was friendly and nice. We’re hoping to be able to enjoy the pool, but it was closed. That would’ve been nice to know before we booked our reservation. Either way the rooms were clean. Staff is nice and we had everything that we needed.
No better place to stay in the state from my standpoint. I would go again if the opportunity was afforded to me. Let's remember the mountain facing rooms are also louder due to the passing boulevard. Be well.
Nice staff. Generic location… about 1.5 hours to Rocky Mountain NP. Something was biting us in room 301, specifically in the upholstered chair and bed. Called front desk for Lysol, she said their can was empty. So, we bought some, sprayed chair, bed and carpet that evening. We noticed pets are allowed, so not sure if its fleas or bed bugs. Suggest they vacuum and spray all rooms between guest.
I’ve been coming here since 2018 and I always regret it when I try a different hotel in town. I come to Longmont 6-8 times a year, usually a week at a time. The number one asset of this location is the staff. I see the same faces every time. That speaks so well of management that they retain staff in such a high turnover industry. I simply adore the night clerk and breakfast attendant - they’re always friendly and lovely. Housekeeping is top notch. They come regularly, toiletries and towels are replenished, and they usually do creative fold with my personal blanket like upscale hotels. The only drawback is the property isn’t super updated compared to newer Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at, but it’s very clean and safe. The rooms have a microwave and fridge and are comfortable. There are plenty of outlets, space for clothing, etc. Breakfast is terrific - it has a rotating menu each day, plus Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, pastries, etc.
