The entire hotel was very clean. We appreciated that very much. When we had an issue with the TV not working correctly, the front desk quickly moved us into a different room. Hassle free, and the young man who was working the front desk was so nice, and we enjoyed talking with him. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was nice, and again the room was very clean. The breakfast was simple, yet well done, in a very clean, nice area of the hotel.

This was our first time staying in Longmont. We picked this hotel because of it having a hot tub. Upon check-in, it was disappointing to learn that the hot tub was out of service because of a leak. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet in the halls. The front desk staff were all very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We'd stay hear again if they get the hot tub fixed.

I have stayed here for a few days to visit family who live locally and find my footing possibly relocating to the area. This location has felt like home and it is a great place to stay. From the clean room, clean common areas, and great breakfast it has been a pleasure to stay here. Front desk people David, Raul, and Bree really will take good care of you. Only one very minor problem which was addressed quickly and resolved respectfully with empathy by David. I am blown away at how well this place is maintained. The housekeeping is hard at work and you can tell they take pride in things. From the smile greeting you when you arrive to the clean rooms this place has it all. Be sure to visit the local restaurants located within walking distance to the hotel. A nice view of Longs Peak if you stay on the west side of the hotel. Consider staying here while visting Longmont. Stayed here for five days on a work trip. Great location near most of the major things in the city. Free parking is always a bonus, and love the free breakfast! Everyone at the front desk was so kind and always willing to help. Room was clean, a little warm in the winter so you definitely need to run the a/c, but that's an easy fix. I would definitely stay here again on a trip. Also bonus, I was a woman traveling alone and always felt safe here.

Beautiful hotel, clean, quiet; inside & out. Indoor heated pool & jacuzzi is a plus. Breakfast buffet had some delicious foods, fresh & hot, good variety to choose from. Customer service was awesome. Young man, (I believe his name was David) was extremely professional, informative & hospitable. He was able to answer questions we had & made sure our stay was a pleasant one. We will definitely be back when visiting Colorado again.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Boulder/Longmont because of a family wedding in the area. The hotel is in a great location, located near many shops and restaurants and it's easy to get on the highway to head north from there to Estes Park and Rocky mountain National Park. What really stood out about this hotel was the service. Managers Kayti and David were amazing! They were so helpful, made sure we were completely satisfied with our rooms and just went above and beyond! All of the staff we encoureeed were just lovely and friendly and helpful. It is a little more rare these days to find such exceptional Customer Service but we definitely had it here!

Stayed overnight for after a friends wedding. Room and common areas were really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was convenient. My friends and I were hanging out in the lobby post wedding and I noticed the staff treated myself and my mom very differently than the other guests that were checking in. If I had to make an educated guess, we are not the normal demographic for the area. No accusations, just an observation. If I have a reason to be in Longmont again I will be staying somewhere else.
