The Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder Longmont offers a full-kitchen suite and is a good option for longer stays and families, with generally positive staff interactions. However, concerns regarding room size, cleanliness, and slow deposit refunds persist, alongside issues with dated facilities and potential pest problems.
The hotel was nice, my husband used to be pest control so he goes in before we bring anything in and checks the room and beds. Everything was fine, we got the one bedroom suite. The bedroom was so tiny you could barely even fit your bags in there. The living/kitchen dining area was also small so fair warning, the pictures don’t make it like it really is. Overall that was the biggest issue was space, everything else was great. We probably wouldn’t stay there again just because of the space, the tv in the room was so low you could barely even see it in the bed. Also the doors were a little gross a Clorox wipe to them wouldn’t hurt…
As usual, this hotel provides great value and great customer service. Rooms are spotless, free breakfast is very good and fresh. Front Desk employee, Brianna, was excellent at explaining all activities available and the rules.
1.5 star experience, + half star for nice staff at checkin. Only here for a night and wasn't going to make a big deal. Room was dirty. Hair and trash around the room. Loud sounds outside...peeked and there was some weird bonfire outdoors. Construction for the pool. Gym was still open but super small. Non stop drilling noises, so almost not possible to use it without going crazy. Easy parking onsite.
Breakfast was weak, feels like it was phoned in. Only hot options, Oatmeal, eggs and either bacon or sausage but not both. There was a waffle station, which is a nice touch. They also had standard bread items, such as bagels, English muffins, and toast bread.
Very old rooms, not cleaned properly and very dark. Breakfast is bland. Also is infested with insects that even the hostess couldn’t identify.
The three stars come how long it takes to recieve your incidental deposit back. We stayed here at the start of the month. It is still pending to date. Now the great thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone you encounter, will be absolutely lovely. Great attitudes and helpful comments. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was okay. The grounds were clean. Everything worked as it should. We loved the fire place. Full kitchen two room suite. 10/10 I would recommend. Whenever family comes in town this is where I will be sending them. You can work from here as well the internet connection is stable. I have all good things to say about the stay and the experience. I will swiftly and happily change to five stars once I get my hot 40 dollars back. Did I mention that incidental charge is only 40 bucks. Another great thing about this place. So please do stay here. You will not regret it. Everything was great. Anyone that has complaints about this place or the staff... double check the review. Sometimes people have expectations that are unrealistic for the PRICE they are paying. So no it is not cheap, however it it also not expensive. With that I am signing off. Did I mention they have on-site laundry as well as a business meeting place? ?
Great place for a extended stay. Breakfast was better than expected and the rooms are cozy. Quality bedding. I will stay here again
I feel the suite we were in was not supposed to be what they made it. There was barely room to get to one side of the bed and the door just about closed with the bed being so close to it. The dishwasher scared me when it was falling forward when I pulled both racks out.
We stayed here for a U Colorado football game, worked out well, lower cost than Boulder. Facility / rooms are a bit dated, but clean and everything worked well. Typical breakfast. Indoor pool was nice enough and no one using it, thus easy to do laps. Fire pit outside was nice, and popular but not overcrowded. You can hear nearby railroad main line at night, but not terribly loud, depends on your room location I guess. A bit silly that they charge $5 for parking, atypical for a suburban location with tons of land, a weak and annoying attempt at scrounging up some additional revenue, but waived for Platinum Elites upon request. Good enough place to stay.
Patience and hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my partner had a great birthday. I was able to order decorations to the hotel and the team decorated the room. Truly heartwarming to have someone to help when I couldn’t be there. Thank you!!!
