This Courtyard by Marriott Longmont offers a generally positive experience, particularly highlighted by helpful staff and a comfortable room layout. However, recent reviews indicate inconsistencies with service, billing practices, and amenity availability, raising potential concerns for some guests.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was clean, the staff was very clean and nice, I love the layout of the rooms. CLEAN is the overall experience and will come to this one again!
Shout out to Christa (sic) at the front desk. We live close by and had major electrical work done on our house for the day and were without power. My wife and baby were very sick and they needed a place to nap and take a steamy shower. I called up and Christa was super accommodating and got us into a room early so they could rest up. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was suitable for my wife/baby. We were only there for a few hours but it was well-worth the money!
The rooms and location were nice, but when we checked in at the desk the lady was sitting on her phone. When we left and looked at our charges they charged an additional $20 and didn’t tell us. When I called she said it was precautionary charges. I feel if I am being charged precautionary charges I should be told before I put it in my card.
We were on a business trip and this was the hotel chosen by the company!! It was a great place to stay. The room was nice a roomy! Staff was so nice and helpful. There was a bistro in the hotel where you could get food.
I stay here monthly for work. Staff here is fantastic. Nate at the front desk is the best .Always feel welcomed and taken care of for anything I need. Rooms I've stayed are comfortable but it's probably in need of refresh soon.
For a couple days I was kindly given coffee when I came in the lobby. On the 3rd day they insisted I pay $4 for a cup. I kindly asked for another no frills cup of coffee that escalated into an unprofessional shouting match with the manager on duty. When I asked for upper management she said she was the manager, so then I asked for a regional or company wide manager and she stated again she was the manager. Hot tub also didn’t work. Bed sheets looked like they were not washed. Bugs crawling around in the shower. This place is a dump with no coffee available. Even the lowest rated hotels offer complimentary coffee. This place reflects everything that is wrong with corporate hotel chains. There’s no accountability and terrible customer service. Do not stay here it is the worst I have ever seen.
Bring your own cans of coffee if you like coffee when you wake up. All the coffee makers appear to be missing the tray and they are aware at the counter how confusing this is, yet there is no note in the room that they are using some strange coffee maker configuration where the coffee maker appears broken. Then another head back down to the front desk because there is only one packet of sugar and creamer in the room. We could wait for the Starbucks to open, but that day the person was late and it didn’t open at 6 AM when they advertised. We were told it opened every day at 6 AM, but we got surprised on the weekend when we wanted to go out adventuring early, only to find on the weekends it is 7 AM. Just a lot of inconsistencies in messaging, like we, the guests were supposed to know better.
