I highly recommend the Holiday Inn express next door. The breakfast was subpar (through no fault of the employees). The eggs were powdered and the breakfast sandwiches were soggy. The pool was out of service our entire stay (again, through no fault of the employees) and there is no hot tub. To be fair, we were offered the use of the pool at the two other Marriott hotels nearby, but walking around wet at night was less than appealing. The bath tub in our room had a brown stain. The walls seemed paper thin, thin enough to hear the occupants next door talking. Thankfully, we only had neighbors for one night. I do want to stress that all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The towels were also very clean, which can be difficult to maintain for any hotel. The location is great and has easy access to tons of food and a grocery store.

Front desk was very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately the first two rooms we were given were both dirty when we checked in at about 6:30pm. We opened the door to the first room and the bed was clearly unmade with disposable cups unwrapped. We went downstairs to report this and were given a different room on the second floor. We could not believe our eyes when we opened the second door and the room was once again uncleaned. We went downstairs AGAIN, and were told we were receiving a complimentary upgrade onto the third floor. While our third room WAS clean, it was exactly the same as the room we had booked originally with no “upgrade.” Otherwise, our brief stay was fine. The front desk helped us to get it all fixed quickly, but it was definitely a surprising inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on our road trip toward Rockies. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold options, perfect for families. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable after a long day of driving. It’s a great stopover for anyone traveling through Rockies. Highly recommend this hotel for families and road-trippers.

Room nothing fancy but clean breakfast that usual. housekeepers front desk staff wonderful people!! Nia she's an amazing a rock on this place with a very contagious energy and good vibes everyone makes us feel like we were in home we came to visit family for a birthday party we definitely recommend this hotel if you like a quiet place this is the one thanks EVERYONE WE definitely coming back ? ?

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. I always stay with Marriott, but I was in town on business and the company I was visiting put me in a non-Marriott hotel down the street. I had requested a pack ‘n’ play ahead of time, as I was planning to have my infant with me. Upon arrival at the competing hotel, I was told that they did not have a pack ‘n’ play available (they were all in use) and wouldn’t have one until at least the next day. Staring down the barrel of a sleepless night with my infant sleeping in her car seat, I figured I might as well try to call a neighboring hotel to see if they would possibly let me borrow one. The first hotel I called was this Springhill Suites, and after a brief hold to talk with the manager, they said it wouldn’t be a problem to borrow one. Amazing! They had no reason to help me other than to try to be nice and help out a parent in a tough situation. Absolutely incredible. If I am ever back here I will only stay at this Springhill Suites. Tl;dr - I was staying at a competing hotel and they helped me out big time with a pack ‘n’ play for no other reason than to be nice.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included fresh coffee, juice, fruit (apples, bananas, oranges), hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, English muffins, bagels, and biscuits/gravy. This was the first time I traveled without my infant, and the front desk staff was able to place my small cooler in the freezer to freeze my breast milk and keep it frozen until my departure to the airport. I very much appreciated the extra assistance! Thank you again!!
