28 days agoInn standard residence inn with all the normal amenities. Sits back in a business park, so isn't really close to things but not too far from getting to many restaurants and other things

7 months agoStayed for 15 days. The service was good. Breakfast was nice, but a bit bland. The room was very dark - there was only limited ceiling light and small windows. The kitchen was great to have, unfortunately there was only a tiny cutting board, a tiny pan and generally only the minimum of utensils. Pool wasn't available. Refrigerator and AC are very noisy, I recommend turning them off at night.

7 months agoThe rooms are nice and the layout is solid. I didn't have any room service done via request for the 5 days I was there. The service rating is knocked down, because they have a heated pool listed online, but when we got there we were told that it is closed due to it being to expensive to heat. If that is the case I would suggest removing it from the website.

11 months agoLove this roomy, pleasant spot for Boulder stays. Clean and comfortable. Outdoor amenities a bonus. Pool, grills, shaded spots for sitting. Garden-apartment styling means it doesn’t feel “hotel-y.” The grounds are lovely in the summer. Feels like a mini-resort.

12 months agoGreat place for an extended stay. Everything was in good condition and the whole place was well-kept. Our room didn't get cleaned the entire week, but the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

about 1 year agoPerfect location away from the busy streets but just a mile from 6th Street mall and CU Boulder. Safe area in a business park. Good breakfast, nice workout facility. Rooms have spacious kitchens. The only complaint was that the refrigerator in our room made a lot of noise at night so we had to unplug it. This seems to be an issue with many Residence Inns and not isolated to just this property. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable so next time we'll book two double beds instead of a king and a sofa bed.

about 1 year agoThis is a truly exceptional long-term stay hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our quiet and clean surroundings. The delicious breakfast, wonderful staff, and fantastic location made our stay a real pleasure.

about 1 year agoNothing fancy, but a great value. It is an older community, but is fairly well maintained. The staff was great, and the location was perfect for my stay. The room had a full kitchen which I loved - it made it easy to enjoy local finds at the grocery store. Comfortable, and a place I would be happy to stay at again.
