*I briefly visited this hotel and did not stay overnight. I am solely basing this review on my first impression based on presentation, cleanliness, and decor.* I walked around the first floor of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder and was amazed at the beautiful, mid-century modern decor. The hotel is very clean and organized, they have a large cafe with coffee, fresh fruit, tv, and ample seating. I love the large windows that let the sun in! They also have interesting art on display. I'm sure this hotel offers a lot more than what I saw; I'm giving 5-stars for my first impression.

Our stay was fantastic. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast and happy hour were great, and service was incredible. After I made a mistake on the booking, manager Nick was amazing and helped us sort it out in no time. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll be back soon.

Customer service is unprofessional and sloppy and am genuinely upset: 1. I stayed in this hotel to attend a government review at NIST Boulder. I made it very clear and double-triple checked that no personal expenses should be put on my corporate card. Sure enough, my dinner and drinks were charged anyway, despite me asking many times not to do it. 2. The review ended early, I changed my flight, and checked out at about noon (or so I thought). I talked to the front desk person, who assured me that it's no problem to leave early and I wouldn't be charged to another night. Sure enough, they did charge me for the night when I was not actually at the hotel. There is now audit of my receipts and expenses because of all this and I have to explain that the hotel messed everything up. Thank you very much. 3. I rushed and left an important personal item (a critical controlled medication for a chronic medical condition at the bedside table). I called the hotel to ask them please to check if they found it. They said they would call me back. Naturally nobody ever did. I've called again 2-3 times, the same story - sure, we'll call you back. Nobody bother to follow up. It's all extremely disrespectful. I will never stay at this establishment again ever in my life.

Very nice hotel close to downtown. The rooms are nice, clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Great happy hour for guests - 2 complimentary drinks and snacks! Tabby is a great bartender, gave us a lot of good recommendations on where to eat and drink around town. Free breakfast is also another perk, lots of options and a made-to-order egg station. Front desk is very friendly as are all the other employees we encountered. We’ll be back!

Great location, Boulder is beautiful. My one critique of the room is they typically only provide one regular coffee, but the rooms are great and they are always willing to give me more coffee upon request. The breakfast is wonderful as are the staff that work it. Speaking of staff, Temple, running the bar in the evening, is delightful. She's attentive and always on the move making sure dinners & drinks are served and empty tables are cleared quickly. I've stayed here several times since last year and have always been pleased.

The house keeping is lacking. Sofa bed is really dirty with food residue when we first enter the room. They didn't change our towels for our 1st day. They don't change bedsheets during your stay. The bedding smells like moisture or something. On our last day, she even knocked the door at 8AM to wake us up saying she need to do room cleaning!? (Shouldn't that happen after we checked out at 11AM? Why do you need to wake us up to do so?) There are some rooms with noisy HVAC. We stayed in room 212 and found their HVAC is weirdly installed vertically in the wall. When the HVAC starts to run, it sounds like a truck engine right in your room. Fortunately, we stayed here during the winter, and the heat from the hallways made the room reaching 71F so we didn't need to turn on our HVAC at all. Before we change to this room, we visited the room 220 for a brief time, the HVAC there was very quiet. Pro: * The front desk staff are always nice. * Right next to the bus AB2 to the airport (if they are still running). * Reasonable prices. * Breakfast included.

The staff at this Embassy Suites are fantastic! Our family stayed a few days to get away between Christmas and New Year's. The guys at front desk were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly and quick to bring us a few extra towels. We loved the breakfast. The guy making made to order omelettes was fantastic! And so we're Temple, Keith and Owen who worked the Evening Receptions. Thank you to all of you. Our stay was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

While all of your employees have made my experience awesome, I am going to call out with specifics in more details a few I had more interaction with during my stays both last weekend and this one. In all of their different roles from Braxton and Jake who immediately welcomed me and recognized and acknowledged me during my stay accommodating any special need I had, to Cynthia taking awesome care of my room and making sure that I could call upon her if there was anything else I needed They went above and beyond in their service. They did not hesitate to assist me . Then, I had the pleasure of enjoying a great dining experience while watching Temple handle your happy hour like a boss so smoothly. So impressed by her skills. I also want to recognize Keith and Kaleb making having a cocktails and buffet breakfast at the bar such a pleasant experience. In my opinion, these people are what make your hotels in Boulder stand out. You have a winning team. They are keepers and what will continue to keep you successful with their combined personal touches. Also why I will continue to come back. Lastly, your cheese steak sandwich is phenomenal. I am officially addicted. Compliments to the chef. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Boulder, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the overall experience. I especially want to recognize Kory Peterson, the Housekeeping Manager, who went far above and beyond to help recover a lost item that was incredibly valuable to my family and me. His kindness, persistence, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier — and truly helped make our Christmas much, much better. It’s rare to encounter someone who puts that level of effort into helping a guest, and I’m deeply grateful for everything he did to get the item back to us. Beyond that, every staff member we interacted with was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. The common spaces, hallways, and our room were all in immaculate condition. The housekeeping team was clearly on top of every detail, and it showed throughout our stay. Our experience was so positive that this will absolutely be the only place we stay when visiting Boulder in the future. Thank you to Kory and the entire Embassy Suites team for such an outstanding experience.

The hotel delivered excellent service from start to finish. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and updated amenities. Breakfast was well prepared and satisfying. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. A great overall experience.
