This Courtyard by Marriott in Boulder offers a pleasant stay with notable features like balconies and a cozy courtyard. Guests consistently praise the helpful staff and convenient access to downtown Boulder, while some have experienced issues with room layout, inaccurate hotel-provided information, and inconsistent service regarding benefits. The property offers a great location with proximity to amenities and attractions.
I was especially happy to see balconies back in the rooms — it truly makes a difference and adds so much to the overall experience. We used your hotel brand twice during this trip, and we are confident we will continue choosing your hotels in the future. The hotel itself was wonderful. The cozy inner courtyard with a fireplace created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool schedule was very convenient, and the breakfast was outstanding. Having all-day access to the restaurant was incredibly convenient, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The room was very clean and comfortable with a good view of the mountains, they have discounts for Veterans, AAA, Seniors. I don't recall exactly how much we saved but it was around 35-40 dollars, ended up being around $87. Mattress was a little hard but iprefer that over soft quicksand type mattresses. They offer breakfast for purchase. I was quoted $10-$15. We chose to skip it and get a jump on traffic and head home. Overall a nice place we felt safe and comfortable would visit again. Oh forgot to mention they had workout room and also a pool, we didn't go in so if they had a jacuzzi or not I can't say. God bless
Probably the best Courtyard I've ever stayed in. Rooms OK, what makes the difference is the service - front desk super helpful (thank you for the shaving cream) and the breakfast cooked to order was tasty and great value.
As an Australian resident visiting Colorado for the first time, I relied on the information provided on the website regarding the distance from the Courtyard Marriott to the University of Colorado. Unfortunately, the inaccurate information led to significant expenses for Uber rides and ultimately a car rental. I was very disappointed by the lack of concern shown by Marriott management regarding this matter. Additionally, as a woman traveling alone, I was alarmed to discover that Room 155 is located next to an exit door that did not lock at any time, day or night. My safety is paramount to me, but it seems it was not a priority for Marriott, who do not consider unlocked doors and misinformation about distance to be relevant issues.
Great folks working there. Room was nice and self-parking at no cost was a great advantage. It is on the other side of a highway so not in the Prarl Mall area but not a big thing with a car.
Lovely hotel for a business trip! I was a little concern when I saw my room was next to the elevator but I never heard it. The Marketplace offers good coffee and great breakfast items. Convenient to Downtown Boulder and the staff was friendly as can be! It's a nice, memorable touch to be greeted back for the day upon arriving "home" away from home. I look forward to future stays here.
Great location! Close to Downtown Boulder, and about an hour from Denver and the National Park. The room was clean and spacious. Each room had a balcony or a patio. Only downside to this place was that the walls were thin and you can hear everything going on next door as well as outside.
The room was standard. No complaint. I requested the food and beverage option when I checked in that comes with my Marriott status and it was refused. They said it "wasn't working" and offered me the points option instead. That was very odd and I'd avoid if that's a consideration for you.
Great place for staying 5 nights. Only thing was they did not turn down the room. They advised they only did it every third day of the stay. So I give the service a two star. The location was within 4 minutes s of where I needed to be at. The room was nice, big and spacious. The mini fridge did not work and pillows were too soft for my comfort. The lobby area was getting worked on during my stay.
I travel frequently for work and stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Boulder for 17 days this past February. I loved being on the top floor in a corner room, but the room layout felt a little awkward for a longer stay. It was not a deal breaker, but after that many days it started to feel a bit off. One thing that was definitely inconvenient was the distance to the laundry room. My room was on the complete opposite side of the hotel and the floors did not connect, so doing laundry meant a full hike to the other side just to wash, again to switch it to the dryer, and again to pick it up. Not really something the hotel could fix, just one of those annoyances you notice when you are living out of a hotel for that long. When you travel for work, you really just want everything to be as simple as possible since you are already displaced from your normal life. I did not interact much with the staff because I used the side door entrance that was closest to the elevator, but the few interactions I did have were pleasant. The only thing that really caught me off guard was the six dollar water left in the room. At the time, I was a Platinum Elite member and it was advertised that bottled water would be provided for free in the room. When I took the six dollar water because there was no other option, the next time housekeeping came it was not even replaced. Definitely not the end of the world, but not exactly what I would have expected for the status benefits or what was originally offered. Overall, I would stay here again because the location was great. The small grievances were really just me being nitpicky after a long stay, but it was a fine experience for the time I was there.
