Loved our stay here and the staff went above and beyond yesterday evening. Our grub hub orders came to the front desk last night and they called me to let me know- waiting until we could get there to pick it up. Friendly, large breakfast, great access to attractions, and hands down the best value in this area. Rooms are clean, full fridge, stovetop range, microwave, and a dining area in the room. Beds are comfy and this is the quietest hotel we’ve stayed in for years. On NYE at that! Will definitely be back and never pay so much more for other places ever again. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed an extended stay at Homewood Suites in Boulder in August 2025 and would do it again - it's a very nice "home away from home". Pierce McAdoo, Director of Sales & Marketing at that time, as well as all the people I met who worked the reception desk were very nice and helpful. My suite was clean and the furniture and kitchen appliances were all in good condition, location was terrific (close to walking/hiking trails, groceries, Boulder downtown, etc) and breakfast was delicious. Thanks for a terrific place to stay!

Room was clean, spacious, and warm with nice kitchen amenities. My only negative is that the shower pressure was poor. Service was friendly throughout the stay; they even sent text messages to make sure all was well on my end. This was a very nice touch. Loved the location - tucked quietly behind a grocery store and Walgreens. Breakfast was great and the entire common area was very clean. Would absolutely stay again!

Great hotel for the price! The rooms are very spacious and come with a fridge, microwave, stove, and even a dishwasher, which was super convenient. They also have fun games and activities for the kids, which we really appreciated. The only thing they could improve is the breakfast menu. Overall, a comfortable and family friendly stay!

The rooms are huge and very clean. Plenty of clean towels and the soaps were all fully stocked. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was great at explaining the hotel layout as the buildings are disconnected. The breakfast was great! Everything was hot and fresh and you never ran out of food. Coffee is served all day which is fantastic! The shuttle service around Boulder is very convenient. I was also surprised to see that the snacks and drinks they sell in the lobby are not that expensive. Location wise I loved it! There is a grocery store about a 4 minute walk which is great since the rooms have a kitchenette. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

Ryan working here is awesome. Very helpful and kind, cool guy. My room was great except a creepy looking bug on the floor, but it was dead anyway. Water got hot quickly and all the appliances worked well. Bed and couch super comfy. Great location next to the strip mall and library. I needed to come crash here for a weekend living nearby because of a pest issue at my apartment, and this is clean and safe here. Thanks yall.

This was my first time at this hotel chain, and it didn't disappoint! The bed was comfortable, kitchen was full of what you need, and the bathroom toiletries smelled really nice! We had a problem with the toilet in our room, and they sent someone out right away to look at it. (Didn't seem to fix it, but it was livable.) The hotel is in a strange location behind a shopping center. (You literally have to drive through the strip mall to get to it.) But it was very quiet and peaceful on the property. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were super friendly. My husband loved the fitness center!

The is a pretty standard Homewood Suites. Rooms have been updated and beds are comfortable. There are signs of wear and tear in common areas. Pool area is nice, with outdoor living room furniture and a gas grill available to use. The staff is friendly, but they need to do a better job keeping the breakfast area stocked on the weekends.

This is a quiet location, with great rooms, and amazing customer service. The coffee was not too weak, the breakfast was excellent. There were bunnies all around. It is within walking distance from a grocery store, a coffee shop, and several decent restaurants. The staff were extremely kind and informative.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect, and I really enjoyed my time here. The breakfasts were delicious and very nourishing. Thank you so much for the excellent service—I truly appreciate it!
