The Hampton Inn and Suites consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and well-maintained facilities. While some recent reviews mention nearby construction, the majority highlight the hotel’s excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location for business travelers and event attendees.
Fantastic hotel with a fantastic staff. Incredibly impressed with how nice and well run this hotel was! You better believe I'll be back (hopefully soon)!
Loved everything about this location. Breakfast was delicious and changed from day to day. Front desk people are amazing and fun. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Definitely will be stay here again!
The hotel was great…clean and offered a nice cozy feel, the staff was friendly as well. It was great to have a filtered water fountain and upon check-in I was given a water bottle and reminded to stay hydrated in the Denver altitude. The breakfast was the usual, plentiful and well attended. The location was fine, felt more like a business district, and it was easy to find restaurants and the downtown area.
We used this Hampton Suites for my daughter’s wedding. Hannah Reid was our coordinator. She was amazing to work with. She took care of the block of rooms and ensured everyone was well taken care of. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot full breakfast was great! Also loved that they had coffee out all the time. Every staff member I met was so helpful! Highly recommend!!
The staff is incredible. Facilities and rooms are quite good. There's a lot of construction nearby so a slight ding there, but otherwise top notch.
This hotel is 12 years old but looks 12 days. Absolutely spotless and extremely well maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive and just overall impressive. This hotel punches well above its weight class. 10/10, would recommend.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay here. We had an emergency and had to check in late at night, and this was the only place with availability. It is in the middle of nowhere and they charge $300+ per night for unclean rooms and subpar service. I waited for over 20 minutes with a fussy baby next to me to ask their manager Belicia a question and to show her this insect that ran across the bed while I was laying my baby on it. I found her very rude. And I didn’t even get to show her this photo because instead of a late checkout fee, they assessed a full second night fee doubling our bill for the few extra hours we stayed. I left extremely dissatisfied. They have a plaque at front desk that says “100% satisfaction guaranteed” or something to that effect, and they miss their goal by a mile!
No breakfast until 630 AM ridiculous for the price they charge per night. The one star goes to the receptionist in the evening she was really nice. The kids working in the morning on the front desk 7/4/25 were extremely rude, no manners.
Enjoyed my 1 week stay during my business travel (July 2023). Front desk is very welcoming and gave me instructions to find the deli shop upon my arrival. Rooms are spacious, clean and elevator is fast and big. I love that they have bikes that guests can use for free (even lend me a helmet). They assisted me in having my ride to airport since my Uber app was unresponsive that day. I'll be staying here again on my next business trip to Boulder.
Amazing service! If you’re doing the Ironman 70.3 in Boulder, this is the right option to stay. It’s not only the closest one, but they really know their business. Service is warm, they know every detail you’ll need - they provided me maps with local places to eat, to shop, they also helped me to locate the venues for this event (Reservoir, shuttles) Rooms are clean and they have what you need Elevators are wide so your bike case will fit no matter how big is. They also have a small pool and a jacuzzi, very useful after the race. Breakfast is fair. They set a do-your-own breakfast table for the race morning. They have a large parking lot so you can park your car or SUV. Congratulations guys. You really know how to do it.
