The Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel generally receives positive feedback, particularly regarding its service and spacious rooms. However, recent reviews highlight issues with inconsistent service, particularly regarding breakfast and property maintenance, alongside disruptions like water outages. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, but with room for improvement.

Arrived hotel at 11pm with expectation to leave at 5:30am. I arrived and I am notified there is water maintenance occurring and the entire building is without water. So no working toilets, showers, and sink. I was told no one was available to provide any additional compensation other than water bottles. No notifications that water would not be available. I also had a birthday cake delivered 2 hours before I arrived and notified the front desk of the delivery beforehand. I arrive to the hotel and the hotel cannot find said birthday cake (photos provided by delivery driver that said cake was delivered)

It was wonderful stay. Daughter celebrated birthday with friends here and the service was excellent, rooms were nice and clean, and definitely worth the price. Special shout out to Andrea in reservations. She helped me secure an early check in and when she heard it was for a birthday party she arranged for a little treat in the room and giftcard to restaurant. Those late night lava cakes made the girls feel like queens. Thank you, Renaissance!

Truly Disappointing. Rooms are nice but my room had crumbs on the floor and empty body wash. The worst part of this trip was that I learned as a Titanium member you dont get breakfast with your stay. I was informed by the gentleman at the front desk I can either buy breakfast from the coffee shop, purchase the buffet, or not eat. Literally who says that to a guest? After asking why I usually get breakfast vouchers, since I've stayed at this Renaissance several times in the past, I was offered to trade some of my Bonvoy rewards points for a breakfast voucher that would be deducted from my account. I used to recommend this hotel to my colleagues but its since gone downhill. I'll have to rethink where I stay if this is how guests are treated.

I'm a little mixed about my stay here, but overall it was nice. The heater in the room was loud; yet I'm thankful to be able to adjust the temp to our needs. The beds were nice, clean and the room good. The ice maker on our floor was removed, but one available one floor down. Breakfast was good. Nothing to write home about, but fresh food and nice selection. Potatoes must be frozen, I could have done without them. Why dont they just make fresh potatoes? Lol. Good selection but waffles were soft from sitting in the steamer/chafing dish and the corn-syrup syrup is always awful. But the service was impeccable! Never ending coffee or water and she was so friendly and accommodating. I still think overall the stay here was nice.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I am Titanium and it’s the only place I’ll stay out here. It’s very nice with no nonsense. The rooms are huge and clean. The staff are super helpful every time. Shout out to Adam who took care of me the last two visits. Flatz is also nice to have with decent food if you don’t want to go out.

Was a great stay for me and my daughter. Hotel was clean and everyone is inviting. As a hotel manager myself I must commend your staff on how friendly they were. Pool was outstanding and very warm. We didn’t get to try any of the restaurants in house but I am sure that we will be back in the future to try them!

????? We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Renaissance Flatiron Boulder last weekend celebrating my fiancé’s birthday, and I just have to share how exceptional everything was from start to finish. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and made our trip truly special. A huge thank you to Adam at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my many requests with genuine care and professionalism. The chef’s charcuterie amenity was incredible, and securing the exact bottle of wine I requested—her favorite—was such a thoughtful touch. The cake I ordered from Nothing Bundt Cakes was perfectly preserved and waiting for us in the room, ready for the celebration. The Renaissance Flatiron Boulder really stands out for its outstanding service. The hotel itself is stunning, our room was spotless, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Adam’s warm hospitality and attention to every detail. He deserves high praise for making our visit so memorable. Thank you for making this birthday celebration one we will cherish forever. We can’t wait to return!

We used this hotel for our wedding weekend hotel block and both me and my guests have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. The location is perfect with sweeping mountain views. The rooms are stunning, modern, and clean and the common areas like the lobby and restaurant are really nice too. All of the employees at the front desk were extremely kind and personable. I was not expecting to get so much positive feedback about a hotel. The group rooms coordinator who helped me along the way, Andrea Chinchilla, deserves a ton of credit for answering lots of questions for me, helping me find a space to hold a breakfast for my wedding party, and generally making me feel confident about our choice to stay here. Thank you again for everything!

I live locally and this hotel is always where I recommend people stay from out of town. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfy. The bar/restaurant is terrific, a great vibe to down a few. And the bartenders know what they are doing. The breakfast buffet is like most, underwhelming, but if they are having a champagne brunch, everything will be fantastic. The only drawback is the roads in the area are a maze of confusion. I worked in an office there so I know how to get around, but you WILL need a maps app if you rent a car.

My friend stayed in Boulder, Colorado and paid $450 a night for a room that I probably would’ve refused as a 13-year-old. The rooms here were spacious well fought out. The staff was very loving and accommodating. Nolan was the star of the show, he accommodated me through a late checkout and really worked me through my trouble plans. Thank you, Nolan!!!! this is probably one of the best Value hotels I’ve ever stayed at. They have an indoor swimming pool and other cool amenities. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I did have one cocktail at the bar and the service was fine and I felt very welcome and warm.
