The Denver Marriott Westminster generally receives positive feedback, highlighting friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. However, some guests have experienced issues with pool closures due to third-party bookings and difficulties with hotel services, such as phone connectivity and billing.
I would like to specifically point out the extra attention given us by Saadet, Housekeeping manager (I think). She went over and above to speak to us and ensure they met our housekeeping needs! She clearly cares deeply about customer satisfaction!
Ary and Cody are the best! They are great and very welcoming. Changed hotels at the last Minute and I’m glad we did. Hotel is light bright and beautiful. Only complaint is the lounge is hidden in the back corner and wasn’t restocked on a regular basis. Other than that nonissues.
Had a great stay at the Denver Marriott Westminster. Check-in was fast and easy, which was much appreciated after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want when traveling. Another big plus is the location: there are tons of restaurant options nearby, making it easy to find something for any mood or craving. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
We are Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and have stayed extensively across North America at numerous Marriott properties. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had and felt like we needed to share our experience. Not only were there several things wrong with our room, one including the plug-ins in the bathroom would not hold any of our appliances. I would try and plug it in, and it would immediately fall out not allowing for myself to get ready in the bathroom. We were here because our hockey team had to stay here and we were treated so poorly. They would follow the kids around with a security guard, constantly and were completely micro-managed every minute of the day. In addition, they closed down the pool for several hours because of a swim club that was in there, but no one was notified of this closure. As a parent, we all understand our supervision but this was so over the top and uncomfortable, it was disturbing. You all made our stay very nerve wracking and has now given us a bad taste in our mouths with the Marriott brand. Also, football playoffs occured during our stay and the Broncos were playing. You have three beautiful big screens in the bar however, we were not allowed to turn up the TVs AT ALL due to Marriott's policy on sound? And I'm not talking about a little vowel, no vowel - set at zero. This is so crazy. If you don't want sports teams in your hotel, please don't advertise to do so. You will be happy to know, you will not get our Teams business again.
I stayed here for four nights for work and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to one of our complexes. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the room was spotless. I appreciated the abundance of towels, and the room offered a lovely view. The staff went above and beyond for some personal requests when I realized I had forgotten a few items for my trip, they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Room service was prompt and efficient. Breakfast was simple but good, and we also enjoyed a buffet one evening, which was excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely return.
I needed a place to host business meetings. This was ideal and conveniently located. There were plenty of places to sit in the common areas and got use out of the M Lounge. The staff was very welcoming and the room was comfortable. The only thing I would have preferred is a shower rather than I tub.
Want to thank the front desk staff and the entire team. We came in to watch ASU football vs Colorado and had a wonderful stay at the Westminister Marriott. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ary at the front desk. We had a group of five and she made sure we were all taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you Ary! Good food, good service, comfortable rooms & gathering area and excellent hospitality.
Friendly staff and service. Clean and well maintained. Good selection available for breakfast. Great range of beers on the bar along with nice bar food. Room was great with room service daily. Used as a base. Would use again.
I’m trying to call the hotel using the phone number provided on the website but it doesn’t work. There is an automated message about using that number only for reservations to use option 2 but option 2 goes to 1. I had given my bonvoy number at the reception to add the no- cleaning option to my account and to link my reservation. I didn’t receive my bill either by email or in my profile. Need the invoice for my expense report, need a number or someone to contact.
The Marriott Westminster is a beautiful hotel—clean, modern, and very well maintained. The pool and hot tub areas were spotless and, unlike many hotels, stayed open until 11pm, which was a big plus for me. The rooms were comfortable and quiet overall, though when the hotel is busy you may hear some door slamming in the halls at night. But the true standout is the staff. Every single employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and clearly knew their job well. The service consistently exceeded expectations. A special shout-out goes to Valerie in the bar/restaurant area—she was amazing! Even when the place got unexpectedly slammed and she was the only bartender, she stayed upbeat, attentive, and handled everything with what felt like superhuman multitasking skills! Thank you!
