Kiana is an absolute Rockstar!!! Awesome hotel with incredible pool and amenities. Tons of great places to eat within walking distance... But where this place shines is the hotel staff team! I made a little mistake with booking on my end, but there was a young lady at the counter named Kiana who absolutely saved the day! I could not be more grateful to her for making this such a wonderful stay for my family. We will definitely come back to this place many times in the future, and really that's because she made it such a wonderful experience. I Hope the hotel does whatever is needed to keep her around for a long time and I hope she's around when we come back.

The rooms were huge, loved the hot tub, high ceilings, large restroom big bathtub. Large living room and full kitchen (minus an oven). I couldn't ask for more. Lots of dining options nearby and a beautiful nature walking path. Guaranteed to be comfortable

Newpark had everything we were looking for; beautiful rooms with ample space to keep our skis, a great pool and sauna set up, personal jacuzzi the room, A workout area, and very helpful staff. I personally love they also had a washer and dryer in the room for the wet ski gear, and a fireplace to warm up between our events. I would stay there again and highly recommend!

The rooms are really nice. I don’t know if they all had a hot tub but ours did. Stayed here for a work conference. The view was nice of the park city mountains. No complaints here!

My wife and I spent our 10th anniversary at Newpark Resort and it was absolutely perfect. We wanted to do something special this year, and the private hot tubs on the balcony instantly caught our eye. When we first walked into our room, we were blown away by how nice and luxurious it felt. The hot tub quickly became our favorite part of the stay—we used it every night and loved it. We also got into a great morning routine using the workout room, sauna, and pool. The sauna and pool were amazing. The workout room could use a little maintenance, but it still met our needs overall. We ended up staying 4 nights and loved every second of it. We’re already planning to come back and bring our kids next time—we know they would love it just as much as we did. The staff were friendly and did an amazing job keeping the resort and our room cleaned and well maintained.

I stayed at Newpark Resort in Park City for a business trip and was very impressed. The conference room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. My room was spotless, and the private hot tub on the balcony was an awesome touch. It was my first time staying in this area of Park City and it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

We absolutely LOVED spending our 40th anniversary here! Perfect location! Close to all! Our room was clean, beautiful, and had great views, a fireplace, full kitchen and a hot tub on our balcony! Man - I felt like staying here was a gift after a long work trip. I got a room with a fireplace and an absolutely massive bathtub. The room was spotless and came with a set of robes for me to use and be comfy in. The staff was exceptionally friendly and room service sent me a text asking if I needed service today since I had the DND on my door handle. I could not be happier with my experience. I walked every night to get food, watch a movie in the theater, and just enjoy the general area. You should never regret staying here!

A magical place. It feels like a secret escape from the Park City busyness while still holding to the Park City splendor. A short but gorgeous drive outside of Park City, right up against a lovely nature reserve, Newpark is my new favorite place to stay. We saw moose, rabbits, owls and ducks in the mornings on the great walking trail. The sunsets and mountain landscape were stunning. Our suite was great. The beds were very comfortable, impressively stocked full kitchen, not to mention the private hot tub on the balcony. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool was slightly heated and very clean. There’s a great mix of familiar stores/restaurants at the resort and surrounding area, and some new amazing places. Had some amazing Thai food. I’ve stayed here twice and I’m ready to come back! An absolute dream.

Room was good. There was no vent in the front living space. And we found out you cannot have the door open with the HVAC running which I get. But we wanted some fresh air circulating since it got very hot and musty in that front river with no air flow. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
